Hi Shona, hope you and your family are doing fine. I learned Ho'opono pono technique when I was learning Reiki healing level 2. It is extremely helpful and you said it right it actually heals and this meditation has helped me forgive myself and others who have hurt me. Now I feel more calm, relaxed and happy.

Nice explanation Nice family story. Mere husband b meri baat nhi mante jab main kuj daily pray k liye kehti hu. Hum hindu dharm ki follow karte hai but just naam ka. Mere husband shivji ko mante hai but just Monday ko mandir jate hai bus. Khaas din par like Diwali Pooja me kehne par matha tek dete hai. Ghar k mandir b matha nhi tekte, shop me shota sa Mandi bnaya ha west side me face murti k east side hai (i don't know good or not). Waha b koi Jai nhi Dhoop bati nhi .. mein kabi jao to dhool miti saaf karti hu. As u said parents ne sikhya hi nhi. Father in law b nhi karte the but i must say here my father in law was very very very good,kind, lovely,smart, honest helpful and top of that very calm person

Have been watching your videos randomly since a long time but subscribed it today as this video touched a cord in me. After my father passed away i was very depressed and lost will of living and within a couple of months i was diagnosed with cancer which i feel i had manifested upon myself. Cutting the long story short, my treatment was successful and its almost 6 years after that and i am fine. I think Angad ji s family is not ritualistic ... my father too was not at all ritualistic but was a wonderful, helping ,sincere human being., ... real spiritual than many “ religious”/ ritualistic people....really loved the way u value him & understands him...god bless u both I have learnt Reiki too.. & even during Hindu prayers, found we give respect to even things we use in puja.. the importance of Bhaav is emphasised upon, while eating , studying, even while having bath ...kind of noble, higher intentions r set. Rule of karma..As said “ as u think, it happens/ we become “.... यत् ध्याायति , तत् भवति. In brahmakumaris mediations , too Sankalp is emphasised..as they say Sankalp se Srishti. also pratik raman as taught in dada Bhagwan foundation so much similar to the technique u have explained. Totally agree . In school me and my sis used to get the same pocket money. But i was always frugal and she would treat everyone. She was the average student but had fun, friends , was popular , satisfied and ended up making a beautiful family. I was the people pleaser, better student but unhappy always, Unacknowledged professional life, superficial friendships , worse love life , and without children. Givers have better lives.

They don't refrain from Pooja they have mandir at home as I mentioned in video but they don't do on daily basis as most of people having mandir at home does atleast in evening. They don't follow religion as much as many does.

Yes mam, even when I was in 5th standard in science I studied hiv and cancer has no medicine, these was reminding me daily but when I grown I attracted that.

Yes Hopono Techniqueis very powerful, I tried with first time with my mobile phone, which is fell into water... First day my phone was working good, but next day it's seems that LCD got damage, no screen opening... Then I went to mobile repair shop, he hitted my phone to dry water, but still the same problem...he told me your lcd will be damage... Later I came home.. and place my phone on hand and start chanting, I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you... Initially it doesn't work..I kepty phone inside Rice jar...but suddenly after some time my phone got to open, eventually screen start blinking like before... And eventually my phone got ok I guess...and till now it's working fine..
