@@scalemodellingmadness4114 ooh yeah i wanted to tell you about something i got like a really old diorama of this kit from my uncle he bought when i was like born je bought it 30 years ago it's like in a random scale and it isn't in 1:350 scale it's like in a random scale and it's quite big like bigger than 1:350 bot not as big as 1:200 strange yes i know so it's in a random scale and my uncle was young when he bought he had to move houses and the diorama was put in storage it fell like a time ago and got really damaged it lost the whole bridge it only has like the superstructure with the boats and the cattapult and plane and the side secondary cannons and the like hanger superstructure were intact and the primary guns but it's quite big and wouldn't you know it it isn't like the hull isn't as wide as it should be it's really long so thats why i wanted to make it into a super battleship you know what i did i cut the mount for the 2 cannon gun cast it and also casted the 2 cannon gun and the modified the boat superstructure and put the mount midway in it and now it looks likr uss monatana ish and better yet most of it was scratch built i also made a catapult like the uss missouri one and put it on the back and one problem what was i going to do about the bridge I'm going to scratch build it and the space between like the boat and hangar superstructure is un neede soni removed the cattapult between cast 2 secondary turrets used sturofoam to make some superstructure and now im going to assemble it many poeple thinks scratch building is hard but like this was my first time doing it and it worked do you like my idea

I was surprised to find myself thinking the slide moulded main tubes look much better than the brass.
