Can you tell us how long you steamed it for?
Usually you steam it for 10 minutes. But it really depends on the cups you steam it in. If its mini cupcake pans then you steam it for less but if its those regular cupcake size molds, its 10 minutes. If you steam it any longer it will deflate.
