It’s a neat toy, but the messy release made me really hesitant to pick one up. I got lucky and got a good one.

1:00 for “flying mode” I leave him as the lion, fold out the wings, and use the giant cannon as a booster. It may not be perfect but it is largely more aerodynamic than the butt-end going first 3:02 my BIGGEST complaint about this set is that they used that CW-style limb collapsing move that I have always hated. Why have all these extra moves when it could just be on a slide? And it’s especially bad with this set because both of the major figures included have some of the worse executed examples of that design philosophy, and Star Saber’s flaps on both his arms and legs will NOT stay tabbed in. I love the set, truly, but omg what a fuck up.

Love these, can’t wait for the finale! Hope we see Evolution.

My Holi has the same problem with the legs, and I’ve heard the same complaint about Stakeout. These two are generally considered to be the worst micromaster molds and part of what killed the lineup

Well we could’ve gotten one if people voted for him for that Power of the Primes thing. But noooo. We had to get a recolor of Optimal Optimus. Still a good recolor tho…

My Micromasters are also crap, but my Holi does not really fall apart.

Geez, either you got really unlucky or you're a toy manhandler! I've *never* seen or heard of Saber having loose shoulder joints (quite the opposite in fact) or Star Saber having wibbly antennae.

Like I say, the one shoulder just pops off, and I also haven't seen anyone else bring up the antenna And this was all straight out of the box

Never been able to back a Haslab, but I actually feel I got more value out of my $135 Commander Class Magmatron than Sheep got out of this thing. Personally though if Legacy or whatever it is next year did a Commander Class Starsaber minus the combining bits I'd be all over that. Nice reference to Desert Bus.
