Well, it depends on the opponents. In this game, attacking on the second ball was really effective, so of course they want to keep doing it. Other times, their opponents get good at blocking/defending this attack, and then they have the option of jump setting to attack on the third ball instead. Their goal is to keep both options open as often as possible, making the opposing blocker choose between blocking the second or third ball. Then, in optimal play they can attack against no block. It requires much more precision in reception and the ability to decide mid jump if you are setting or attacking but it does give you an advantage in offence. It is also more tiering as they will jump more. It’s high risk high reward, but they are getting exceptionally good at mitigating the risk.

Can anyone tell me the name of the presenter lady?

I find it rather boring game to overuse second ball in the matches.
