Everybody's else's licences are effectively issued by the Crown, i.e. in her name, so there is no point her issuing a licence to herself.

Think a long time ago.she drove a president around the grounds.not sure if it was Windsor r Buckingham Palace.and the f.b.i.and security agents.think they nearly had heart attacks.they ran after the car and followed in cars 2 watch what was going on.

Plus, the gate security guard getting the instruction , 'do not let that vehicle out of the grounds', from the same secret service. Renegade did get a telling off for that stunt by his head of security at the time. Behind closed doors, naturally. Although, it did make an interesting segment about life as a US president. They cost each person £1.29. The UK also send millions to other 3rd world countries, millions to France and we spend millions on refugees.. so £1.29 each for a family full of history that bring in tourists and generate millions for the economy is no problem really.
