Im so sorry to hear, cancer might have taken her desire to sing but it wont take her love, faith and hope...i lost my sister six years ago on the 18/10/2008...i have been so emotional the whole week and ive been hurting a lot..last night i cried my eyes out..i cried a lot in bed because i couldnt understand why did she have to die so young and such a painful death..she just went to a party and next day she collapesd and vomitted blood then died just like that..you have no idea how much hurt im in right now im even avoiding eye contact with my co workers because im scared ill breakdown and cry...youre not alone and it get better with time and with God..may the good Lord lift you up and heal your family in Jesus name..i pray amen.This song bring peace in your life and your family's.

Edith Mokgojoe and Glyn may our God continue to comfort you both. I lost my younger sister to cancer last year, she struggled for 11 months. She loved God and believed almost to her last day that our Lord would heal her. It is painful to remember what she went through and its more painful when I remember how much she wanted to live. I know one day the pain will be less. I just keep reminding myself of the many blessings that she and I enjoyed while she was here.

He is the Comforter, He heals all wounds and gives back joy, light where darkness was, beauty for our ashes. May you all draw solace in His arms and allow Him to heal all yr brokenness. Its not easy but He can do all things because He is powerful. I empathise with you all as I know my own pain from loss of whole family, each suffering but hey I rejoice in Him for through Him we are overcomers.

My first encounter with the Holy spirit was with this song.

In 2012 when i lost my father, i used to play this song everday on my way home. saying God please strengthen me, ngiphe amandla nkosi. In 2016 my son was terrible ill, on his death bed one day in hospital he said mummy pray for me and sing sing living water. i sang it with my voice shaking after saying Amen i thought i heard another voice saying Amen after us that afternoon when i came to see him he was out of machines. I was so happy i said ngibuyiselani kuwe nkosi when u have given me everything, i was so greatful im still am. Woke up this morning 05-08-2020 singing to the song “Let your living waters flow over my soul” in my spirit. Hadn’t heard it in over 18 years since I moved to the UK 🇬🇧 from Zimbabwe 🇿🇼. He is still God and He will NEVER change and cares for us His children much much more than He cares for the stars, the moon, the sun, & the angels combined. The devil only has to make you doubt His love for you and his job is done, for without faith you CANNOT please God ( Hebrews 11:6) 🙌🏾😇🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾. Let’s keep praying good people, pray like you’ve never done before, pray anywhere and every where. We are the temple of the Holy Spirit and our Lord Jesus dwells in us. Jesus himself said “My house shall be called a house of prayer” Matthew 21:13, and Men ought ALWAYS to pray and not lose heart- Luke 18:1. 🙏🏾

love this song, it kept me strong when I was so weak. when my father was terminally ill, fighting cancer i2009 this song kept roaming my mind encouraged me to pray and roll everything to the almighty God. I prayed and today in 2014 my dad is alive healthy. Praise God

Praising Jesus for Fred Odhiambo, who taught me this song way back in 1991. I had just joined form-1 in Jamhuri High School in Nairobi, Kenya...and he was in Form-3. He introduced himself to me and instead of monolizing me, he taught me this song & invited me to christian union. I came to the U.S.A in Dec 1995, but I still remember Fred all these years later. I haven't seen him since 1992 but God bless Fred wherever he is right now. He introduced me to Jesus....praise be to God

I remember in 2014 while I was a corps members serving in Delta state, Nigeria. I would join my NCCF family members once a week at 5am for morning cry and this song lifted me.
