Hizero F803 vs Hizero F801 Old and New Comparison.

Hey guys, Kimberly Thomason here with VacMD
and I am excited to be speaking with you about the newest and greatest Hizero F803.
So for those of you who have not had a Hizero and don't know what it is, or are just starting your research, Hizero’s are a 4-in-1,
Bionic Mop, so it will wash your floors, dry your floors, sweep your floors,
all in one. But they have improved it recently.
So what's new?
Super glad you asked, but let's start with what hasn't changed. Your Hizero will get 60 minutes of battery run time on any speed.
The Hizero F803 is still only 8.6 pounds.
It can still hold 500 milliliters of clean water and 550 milliliters of dirty water.
The Hizero has always been extremely quiet at only 60 decibels,
so that hasn't changed either. The new Hizero F803 is now 38 watts of power, and even though it's less watts, Hizero has found a way to make it more energy efficient, yet more powerful.
It now has a brush speed of 90 RPM where the as the old one used to be 80 RPM, which means better cleaning for your floor's.
The charging port has been changed, with the original Hizero model,
you had metal pads located in the dock of the unit,
and now in the new F803, it comes with a charging port. You can just plug in the charger straight into the port.
It alleviates the margin of error when charging, and I'm not sure about you
but I've noticed that when I use the old Hizero and put it back in the docking base I aim wrong, I miss the latch, and it's actually not charging,
and I have a dead unit when I go to use it again.
So this feature really helps with improved connection and reliability.
Speaking of that docking base, that has been upgraded in other ways. Not only did Hizero remove the charging function, but they added roller docs to store your rollers when you don't plan on using the unit for a while.
This keeps the rollers cleaner. The dirty water tank has also been upgraded. There's a new water level sensor that doesn't need as much maintenance and cleaning, sometimes the old sensor would get grime on it and be a little sensitive and say, “Hey I'm full” - when it really was not.
For us service centers. It will have less screws to deal with which we love, and it gives it a cleaner look.
The design upgrades to the Hizero F803 include an updated control panel.
Some of the icons have changed but you'll still recognize what they mean.
If anything, they are less confusing,
The cleaning roller now has tighter tolerance control and improved consistency. This will also give you enhanced cleaning efficiency and fewer water leakage complaints.
The solid waste container redesign will allow more ease of use in removing and installing it. The brains of the unit are now better, new PC board, new battery, also the connection in the handle is more reliable.
So it doesn't come disconnected during use or some people
don't connect it properly to begin with and found that maybe it wasn't working, and it will alleviate that issue.
Other internal parts are more durable like the cleaning roller
and brushrolled motors, and water pump and air pump, averaging three to four times the service life. And the battery is better as well.
Hizero has done several reliability and durability tests to ensure this new and improved model will withstand the test of time.

Even if it were 3 to 4 times more reliable than the old model, that would still not be reliable enough. Mine had very infrequent use, was always filled with distilled water and Hizero cleaning solution, but still needed to be returned for service 3 times because the system would not prime. Update - Since it was last repaired, it has not broken down again and it's gotten quite a bit more use because I've moved to a home with all hard flooring. Since it removed the water from the floor as it cleans, it does do a pretty good job and a small amount of water / battery go quite a long way. Fingers crossed it continues to work well. And another update - the roller motor stopped working. I've had enough with this mop. It's more trouble than it's worth. Maybe I just got a dud, but for the price, I expected better.

Totally understand where you are coming from. It's definitely not for everyone. We all have our own level of clean. Thanks for watching!

Hi, will you make a video to show the difference between F801 and F803 after cleaning pasta, milk, cereal, ketchup and so on?

Hi! Yes I can, but I can tell you from personal use they both have the exact same cleaning ability. The new improvements did not make the F803 any better or worse at cleaning.

I have 2 dogs. One of them is a Husky and the one without double coat somehow sheds more then he Husky. I have the 801 for over two years now i think. I can say the Hizero will work with dog hair but would not recommend running it without vacuum first. Most of the hair will go to the tray but some of it will find its way to some other places and you'll need more maintenance and cleanup then you would if you vacuum first. Its not as bad if there is some hair, but i avoid using it on big bulks of hair (or do like 5-10 minutes clean after every 2 runs or so).

Don’t spend your money on this, it will wow you the first 6 months after that, you will run into unstoppable issues, mainly seeping out dirty water.

I've owned it for a year and not seen this issue. You should still have warranty on it so get it fixed for free. You might want to double check if your sponge roller hasn't dried up, that is the main annoying thing about this unit. If you don't use it for a week, the sponge dries up and you have to take it out and give it a good massage. Otherwise Its been the best cleaning tool I've used yet!
