the transparent teeth are accurate for the queen. sucks they didn't sell these with a hive playset of some kind. it's the perfect scale for that.

The teeth are clear in the movies. I'm pretty sure Winston wanted the claws/teeth to look like a reptile's teeth which are translucent. If you own any large reptiles like tegus or monitors you can really tell how translucent they are. My tegu will loose a tooth and it's really cool to look through.

Don't love the smaller scale but I enjoy that companies that do a smaller scale can release bigger characters still at an affordable price point, and I also appreciate how beautiful the sculpt and paint are. I like parts of the design but the arms look like baby arms, think they mightve been going for a t Rex look or something but it looks like a baby on stilts. Great review Anthony

I bought the battle-damaged Queen. I liked the scarring on the head, especially the face, and it makes it stand out more in my Alien hive/ collection.

I don't collect this scale but I gotta respect companies that work with small figures and try to pack more articulation and paint than the big companies do

This is the Antarctic Queen.

The standard drones and warriors have silver teeth, but the queen's are transluscent. Presumably because her status elevates her above cheap grillz.

The alien Queen has transparent teeth in AVP,just checked lol.

I'd love to see them do the bugs from starship troopers. I feel like they would kill it and you wouldn't have to hunt down an overpriced figma.

yea remember that classic scene with the queen right into Ripley's face drooling, I still remember those clear teeth even tho I ain't a big fan of this franchise really

Echoing others, the translucent teeth are accurate to the Alien Queen animatronics (the drones usually have silver). The McFarlane, NECA, and now Hiya versions have all incorporated that element. I love the Queen design personally, but yeah, it’s ludicrously impractical. If I remember right, the puppet in Aliens had to be suspended from a crane - there’s just no way for that design to self-support.

For the translucent teeth, I'm not sure but it looks like they are trying to do the Rebor way of painting teeth (those dinosaur figures from Rebor are amazing)

It's film-accurate. Queens have translucent teeth, the smaller grunt Xenomorphs have metallic teeth.

I like the Alien queen design, the ideas that H.R. Giger had for the creature ended up being used for the female alien of Species. I think that the battle damaged one missing the collar and chains it had in the movie but it's been a while.

I think the teeth are like that b/c its the AVP Alien Queen which was in the arctic and she was kinda of frozen in that movie. I could be remember that wrong though.

Xenomorph Queens in general have translucent teeth.

So I bought the ALIENS queen and was so disappointed, its way too delicate and assembling it is extreamly frustrating. Not to mention one of its arms broke off. I'll be getting this later. Thanks for the review.

It looks like it has metallic teeth but it's covered up with the slime & drool they have dripping out of their mouth (or that's what they're going for)

The design is just whatever to me but I guess it is the Queen. Figure is alright in my opinion.

It's too bad the main hands aren't accurate, even though the product shots for this figure show that they are. Wonder what happened there.
