Thanks for great video, my mom’s hive keeps coming on at night and I can’t work out why I’m not sure if she’s done something by accident??

Is it possible to turn off the hot water or heating in the middle of the schedule without disturbing the next schedule for example if it is scheduled for 6am till 9 am and then 5 pm till 9pm and I turn off at 7,30 am (mid schedule) will it automatically resume the schedule for the evening?

I am having trouble finding a way to update/change the current day and time on my Hive Active Heating Wired Thermostat and because of this, my heating is coming on at the wrong time. Need ideas on how to correct the current day and time?

Mine is all working like a dream and it’s brilliant been able to use the app but what’s bugging me is that I want to be able to look over my shoulder and see what temp it is displaying,appreciate it automatically goes into power save mode but for the sake of changing batteries every now and again I would rather constantly see the room temp display. Any ideas on how to get it to stay on ?✌️

Results from hive : - If you want your thermostat to always show the temperature, you can do this by heading to Menu > More > Display > Screen settings. Not tried this so not sure if this helps

Can you set you phone with it

Is there a reason why the temp does not get to the target temp that I have set? It is a new build and I only moved in yesterday. Thanks

Doesn't tell me how to set the clock - mine is convinced it its 7.49 when it is actually 1808.

British gas installed this (just the control) today and we set the timer for 6am to 9pm. It's currently just after 10pm and the radiators are still piping hot. Is that normal? How long does it take for the heating to go off or is there a malfunction somewhere?

Boost mode ... 30 minutes ... what does it mean?? 🤔
