Big fan of big Wes, seems like a lovely guy.

Brilliant final. Both players were electric. Measure of Jonny that he stood up to the type of finishes that resemble him at his best. As for Wesley, I’ve always been mightily impressed watching him on the Euro Tour, but this week must surely indicate that his lack of a tour card means he’s unexposed and has the sort of upside that leaves him on a different trajectory entirely than what could’ve possibly been imagined before Tuesday. Seems mad that he’s not going to the Matchplay, but that’s the system.

That is the worst I've seen Littler play since coming into the senior ranks. He has looked close to infallible until now. Plaisier has been a revelation to me this week. Huge future.

he needs to let up his incredible consistent level at one point ....nobody has won as many tournaments within The last 7/8 months like he did . Its necessary that he looses badly too before the Matchplay begins

Dart players have spells,, he is just having an off one. He is not a machine, people expect him to be good all the time, maybe he is a bit burned out from the early high of being so famous, it happens, he will rekindle that flame.

I dont know what it is about Wesley, lots of moving parts in his throw including some body rotation, but still really smooth and nice to watch and its an action that seems pretty reproducible

It does seem to rely on perfect execution. In that sense it's similar to Clayton's throw. He also barely aims and just follows a certain rhythm.

I just don't enjoy these videos without the audience. It's kinda funny because if I'm actually in a competition, I don't even notice spectators, but that's due to intense focusing, which I can't muster up for watching on the sidelines.
