I wish they were readily available in my place. Microdosing was my next plan of care for my husband. He's 59 & has many mental health issues plus probably CTE & a TBI that left him in a coma 8 days. Yeah no . I was involved with a gang when I was in high school and committed several petty crimes as well as some not so petty crimes ( putting in work ) as it is probably passed the statute of limitations on the crimes I did commit I still won't comment . But I will tell you I was arrested in 97 for organized crime . When asked for a statement I told them I wasn't saying anything and I want an attorney . And I never did rat . This guy gets no respect from me .He is a rat and nothing more . He never put in work and he definately isn't a hit man. He is more or less someone associated with the mob . Not a made man . It might have been different back then but these days it’s not really that easy to sell high end stolen watches because the companies track the serial numbers and if you don’t have the papers with them, then they only sell for like 30% of their real value. They’re still worth something but way less than if they weren’t stolen.

There are places that SEEM like they’re AD’s but aren’t, and things like that can happen in those places, but I’ve never heard of it happening at an AD and like I said, Rolex doesn’t own their Ad’s anyways, so they’re not selling their watches whether they are real or fake, it’s another company that sells the watch. Anyway, if you actually have a story of this happening then feel free to share but talk is cheap in KZread comments and anyone can make a claim like that, it’s a lot harder to substantiate it though.

He’s a regular tax paying citizen just like you are. Who’s going to hire him for a regular job? He has bills to pay , and why do you care so much? Are you willing to pay him to work for you?? Let him eat, none of us are in the streets anymore so unless you are willing to pay him don’t worry about what he needs to do to provide for himself. You sound crazy. Respectfully.

Everybody knows living a life of crime is practically over. Lots of these guys have podcasts now to pay the bills, for a list of reasons. Some of them already did their time and are done. Some of them ratted. And they speak on Things that have already been paid for legally. I dont give a shit. Its good entertainment. Lots of them would do ten to twenty years in jail time, but at least half of them flipped once life sentences were thrown at them. It happened with every style of crime. Every race and ethnicity. In 20 years, well be hearing about how gen z was doing credit card scam and shit

The description of a true soldier or criminal is that they never repeat anything or claim ties for recognition or importance

I'm glad this guy's working on a film he has such an amazing story and the fact that he's alive to tell it is great! Look forward to ordering his book and watching the film when it comes out

I do believe Gene was wild and uncontrollable. I also believe that more than 3/4 of the people that get on KZread and talk shit about him would kiss his ass in public. One thing you can’t tell about him for sure is that he will go at the drop of a dime. The dude has some balls to him, he was robbing skippers when he was in the life. Not just made guys but captains. That’s kinda what happens if you flip and go against your family, they start badmouthing you and saying you’re full of shit. I mean what else are they gonna say, he was a great guy and everything he says is true? Of course they want to smear him and discredit him. It’s the same thing with Frankie Pasqua, people always say that crap about him too, but he called it out in his interview - he said what do you expect them to say? I put away almost the entire family, of course they hate me and want to tarnish my name. Use your head people. Looks 🆓 to me.

This is the 1st time that I've ever seen Borrello . He is a new , refreshing face of OC . I was raised around 1950s era Long Island City, NY type of wise guys. That includes a part of the gang that were motorcycle freaks during the summer months.

This was a great episode. This dude was hilarious and highly entertaining. Love these mob dudes.

Johnnie you should interview his friend Frankie Pasqua - he’s really well spoken and has a lot of great stories. His interview with Vlad TV is one of my favorites ever.

"The Connect" is developing into one of the better podcasts. Certainly the mob related content. Johnny talks a lot. But he's obviously knowledgeable and genuinely interested in what his guests have to say.
