Am I the only one who think C47 has the best soundtrack in all Hitman games ?

The dark cold synth sounds are perfect they reflect the kinda atmosphere of a hired hitman & asylum weirdness of it all in c47 it made what you did feel a lot more meaningful unlike the forgettable generic indiana jones james bond soundtrack of the new 2016 hitman just turn that off in the settings.

I still think Codename 47 has not only the best soundtrack, but is the best Hitman game to date (Blood Money would be second best). I've lost count how many times I finished it. The atmosphere was unreal, surrealistic, creepy and dark. It was heavy, mysterious, psychodelic, it stays with you. What a great game.

Why do you think hitman codename 47 is the best game. Its difficult to me to pick only one hitman because i enjoyed all of them. But im curious about your opinion or maybe you sayed all in this comment? Because the atmosphere?

Joshua Ortmeyer ... no ... you are not the only ... i think the same too ... and i think that was the best Hitman game, the atmosphera and everything are just amazing ... but i like Hitman 2 Silent Assasin too, especially the Temple City Ambush Mission ...

This game was about the inner darkness in the human condition, and explored dark themes in that, at the end it made you reflect on all that. About death, about being a vicious cold killer questioning the last shred of humanity left. It left weird conflicted feelings in an existential sphere.

​@@juantuvieja4110 Generalmente todo hitman contracts tiene un ambiente casi macabro en los que la mayoria de niveles esta lloviendo, ademas de que en la parte del hotel (la mision 8 de codename 47) hay una habitacion donde habia ocurrido un asesinato y podias ver el fantasma, lo chistoso es q lo podias matar como si fuese alguien, pero resumiendote hitman contracts de por si es inquietante, su ambientacion, la musica te pone en el contexto de ser sigiloso, y la violencia explicita y subida de tono que se ve de sus predecesores(que no es de esperarse ya que se trata de un asesino a sueldo xd)

Siempre consideré a hitman como un juego lleno de misterio, y sus soundtracks no podrían ser la excepción, absolutamente todos son muy buenos

Things really get interesting when the SWAT rolls in!

I have been in a dark hospital it was scary but I felt like a hitman it was so badass Hitman C47 it is iconic game

There should be a REAL GOOD Hitman movie where they include like at least one song of every game in it, so the audience can identify situations with the game better (especially when they are gamers who played certain Hitman games). I mean... SERIOUSLY! Game music is one of the best music in the world!

I would make a film about the first game, starting when it all started, its not that hard, eh!? I mean, why they have to change the fucking story and put nonsense?

The first part - the saddest ost in the game. The second part - the creepiest ost in the game The third part - I just like it

I have to say iv played all the hitman series's and the music is far the most intense and best i have ever heard in codename 47

I wonder what Jesper Kyd has done since he stopped doing Hitman soundtracks (he is so talented) if anyone knows please tell me ;) BTW my favorite music from C47 are this one and the Harbor Themes. REAL MUSIC :)

I'm pretty sure that this track was partly inspired by 1990 Nikita's score from Eric Serra since it sounds somewhat similar to Npokmop and some other music pieces in that classic movie.
