@@dbank6107 at the 5ime there was no game like it. The stealth and level design 2as rivaled only by a few games like mgs and splinter cell. But mgs had bad controls and splinter cell wasn't quite there yet until chaos theory and double agent.

@@User-ge7ni while I do love all the splinter cell games, imo they didn't shine until chaos theory. The first game had all the cool gadgets and stuff but hitman had more realistic stealth and atmosphere.

Is nice seeing 47 caring about someone at the end of the day.

I think it was more that they were just extremely slow to the point of being infuriating. Silent assassin is the one game which has levels I truly struggle to play through, not because of their difficulty (although that can be incredibly arbitrary at times), but rather because the moment to moment gameplay moves at a snails pace

I like how 47 comments on the places he's into, probably unpopular opinion, but I like 47's personality here, he actually HAS personality compared with the world of assassination trilogy. This game was quite awesome, this game with the WOA graphics and mechanics would be so perfect.

Before WOA, 47 was a clone supersoldier. While I noticed that he had relatively more personality in SA than at any other point in the first four games, I honestly don’t care whether a clone supersoldier has a personality.

My first of xbox game, a classic!

Replaying this franchise for the first time since I pirated Code Name 47 from Kazaa way back in the day. I somehow managed to play through more of the first game than I realized. But Holy God is 2 an exercise in frustration. I have absolutely no idea how teen me had the patience back in like 02 to play this. Well, I really had fun with Commandos BEL and BtCoD, Hell the demo to that game stole so much time. Oh, demos were this thing back in the day where a game company would release a tiny slice of their game for people to try for FREE to see if they wanted to buy the game. Yes, exactly, people just pirate the game these days and I don't blame them. So do I.

Its Saint Petersburg, not Moscow, but yes, in Russia when the winter comes in, this river (called Neva) is freezing and some crazy dudes even try to ride on ice by their cars

During development, IOI wanted to reward players who completed Hitman: Silent Assassin by allowing them to use the rosary instead of fiberwire in subsequent playthroughs. This feature was cut before the game was released, which is why there’s still a space in 47’s weapon shed for the rosary.

Uh, no? Currently playing 2 without issues. Have already tested 3 without issue. Same with 4. 47, 2, 3, and 4 all work on PC, and always have. If you are talking about the missing weapons glitch: 1: Don't "Load" saves from within Missions, especially Pro. As loading a save while the mission is running glitches your selected weapons for the mission away. 2: If this foes happen to you, simply exit the game, start the game, hit load, and load your save from there. Your weapons will be returned once the game reboots. And with modern system this takes all of 3 seconds to do. But once you know what causes the issue, it's impossible to accidentally do it to yourself again. Personally, I think it's a feature. Prevents save scuming.
