If a npc that's not a guard or soldier finds a body they will tell a guard and you will se "searching" or "hunted" (searching means they are looking for anybody that is suspicious and hunted means that the guards know what you look like and are trying to find you) "compromised" means that a npc knows what you look like and is trying to find a guard to describe what you look like to them thus making you "hunted".

No one wants circumcised so he was defo lying. The only people who are circumicsed are people that had it forced on them, be it forcibly mutilating them as a child, forcing it with religious brainwashing or people lying about its necessity (mainly America where they wont offer less invasive solutions for simple issues like phimosis where a simple cream would fix it). only 1/1400 people actually choose to get mutilated themselves and these people often have mutilation fetishs.
