He portrayed Germany as a great nation with a glorious past and a promising future under his leadership. He also promoted the idea of a classless society based on the "national community".

We need a labor service like this... have a "Starship Troopers" (book, not movie) system of Service equals citizenship/franchise/right to vote... but not necessarily military service... Labor Service like this(doing national and local infrastructure projects with the Corp of Engineers, Habitat for Humanity type stuff, community clean up stuff like picking up litter or covering graffiti, etc), Peace Corp type work overseas, Wildfire fighters/smoke Jumpers/local volunteer firefighters, Civilian Air Patrol, Redcross medical service/NIH, Local Community Service, Auxiliary Police, Militia/National Guard, NASA/NOAA, etc Science and exploration type stuff like a new "Corp of Discovery", Military, Coast Guard, a new "Civilian Conservation Corp" for environmental stuff, National volunteer teaching/tutor service, etc,etc,etc... have it completely volunteer, but make people earn the right to vote... to many free loaders who just take but don't care about the country or their community... you still have to be born here or naturalize to be a citizen, but do at least a small amount of service to be a voting citizen... hell, make people take a citizenship test too... even if born here, so at least they know basic civics...
