Well i checked out the some of the best Wehr players' strategies and it turns out i play it pretty much the same way. Still, against hard American bot i can only hold half the map for a short time before paratroopers, rangers and AT guns overwhelm me. Also, the AI will detect if i make vehicles and the bot will start making loads of bazookas, so then i have to switch back to infantry again...

Blue - You Yellow - Ally Red - Enemy Orange - Enemy (Ally) ETC His ally did everything and all he did was just wait to waste those Manpower on Tiger\Panzer and some pioneers

You have to dominate the early game. If the Americans get tanks out before you do, then you've already lost. The trick is to prioritize keeping fuel points from them, since it costs them 140 fuel (Suppy Yard+ Tank Depot) just to tech up and an additional 90 (or is it 60?) to build a Sherman, plus they have to ignore other potential AT upgrades like Motor Pools and Stickies.
