ikr. Chungha is well rounded but no fan of I.o.I had said it because they keep saying yoojung was well rounded but they forgot that Chungha is even more well rounded when she had to choreograph 2 different stages(Whatta Man and Hit the stage) at the same time

Lol, I'm a dancer myself and my wacking style is limited, although it is my fave dancing style (except poppings), i can't learn it, I either ended up hurting my arms or breaking it.

Chungha killed it!! She really showcased her signature hand twirling 😂😂 Wish the choreography was more complex though because watching her on PD 101, she can definitely slay any dance. Felt like this dance didnt really show how powerful she is as a dancer. But I still think she's the best ❤❤

I'm laughing at how a lot of people here have absolutely no idea what WAACKING is. It's actually one of the most complex and hardest dance technique / genre out there. I'm proud at how (FINALLY) it is gaining interest and awareness. Thank you, Chungha, for exposing lots of people to this wonderful dance genre. Not everything that's powerful is hiphop, not everything that's graceful is ballet. HANDS DOWN!

+Zoey Tan EXACTLY. I simply cannot emphasize it enough how DIFFICULT waacking is. Personally, when I had to perform and we had waacking for one song, I simply had to practice twice as harder just to get the right wrist movements along with the other parts of my body plus the right tempo and timing with the others and the music. It killed my arms and back for weeks.

yeah, you need enough strength in your arms and hands to execute an accurate waack. it moves so fast that you have to start from breaking it down and gradually doing it faster. and for chungha to do it so effortlessly, she's a really professional dancer!

I come here after watching street woman fighter. Chungha's speciality dance is waacking and it's not as easy as it look. Only a few dancer can do it. Waacking is seriously amazing. Even tho i'm not a dancer but i can tell waacking is amazing. And yeah just go watch street woman fighter on mnet so you can know what is waacking. Anyway, i feel a lil bit pity for all of the comment from 5 years ago. They seem like don't know anything about dance. Anyway, it's 2021 and now Chungha is a QUEEN of K-pop 😭❤️

Does nobody have any respect for how difficult waacking is?! Waacking is easily one of the most challenging dance forms there is and it's a shame audiences don't understand that. I don't know who this chick is but she slayed the hell out of me! She deserved a much higher score.

Waaking/whacking/wacking is not an easy genre. You need to be quick and on point or else it'll look sloppy. Hers was done so well. It was very clean. This routine may have seemed boring to some because of the repetitive movement but if you look at the details of each motion, you'll be in awe....Even her fingers dance!! Chungha my queen!!! 😍

Her performance is actually so sharp and strong. I really liked it. I do believe however that the single ladies part should have been in the end, would have ended on a bigger high with more impact, but nonetheless great work. Heard a lot about Chungha and she is good indeed :)

more than just this??? it may look simple but waacking is so damn hard to pull off and to think she did that for almost the entirety of her performance shows how great of a dancer she is.

NonDancer, what she did was wacking, the movement you call weird hand twirling was a specially that is very in or in trend, only few can do it cleanly. Chungha is one of the cleanest dancer i've seen. Trainees practice wacking for years

I'm glad she went for waacking (considering it's her style of dance) then the same old usual sexy feminine dance, used in kpop. That's just my opinion. I know it isn't as popular in kpop, but in other places it's known to be ONE of the hardest dance styles and techniques to learn, Even for dancers. You have to learn basic, different types of waackng, and not to mention spending a lot of time getting everyone in sync. Her being here, already means so much.

Chungha's expression is everything. Despite being really similar with the dancers she filled the stage with her own charisma and she owned her own stage. She's amazing. The waacking was on point, all her gestures are filled her power and confidence. Her stage presence is crazy!

I can't help but slap my hand to my head seeing the comments about the style she used on this performance, and her own version of the concept 4 years ago. She utilized one of her strengths (which is waacking) and she wants to convey that love isn't just about being in love with another person. It could be also breaking to that bond, standing up, and loving yourself. This is so obvious, people.
