In today’s video, I'm diving into the thrilling and hilarious world of Netflix's brand new film, HIT MAN. If you love action, comedy, and a touch of romance, this movie is for you!
Follow Gary Johnson (played by Glen Powell), a college professor and part-time tech guy for the New Orleans police department, who stumbles into the role of an undercover hitman. Gary’s new job? Arresting those who try to hire him! With his talent for theatrically matching the expectations of his suspects-complete with humorous costumes, accents, and mannerisms-Gary quickly becomes a master of deception.
Everything takes a twist when Gary meets Maddy Masters (Adria Arjona), a woman looking to hire a hitman to kill her abusive husband. Gary falls for Maddy at first sight and saves her from getting entrapped. But things get even more complicated when Maddy finds her way back into Gary’s life and takes matters into her own hands.

I absolutely LOVED HIT MAN! The mix of action, comedy, and romance kept me hooked from start to finish. Glen Powell delivers a stellar performance, and Adria Arjona brings depth and intrigue to her character. The storyline is unpredictable and full of clever twists that will keep you on the edge of your seat.

I had no problem with the pacing of the first 30 minutes, with its set up of the main character and the world we will be experiencing…
Fall Guy and Hit Man - two movies I did not expect to like so much! Both movies brought me so much fun!!! Also great family time, my dad and bf - they had a blast.
I thought it was brilliant. I wrote Glen Powell off as just another pretty boy actor but he was brilliant. Really believable as Gary and Ron. He’s a bonafide superstar.
I can't wait to see the movie. I am a fan of Richard Linklater and Glen Powell. I also really like Adria Arjona. She is so beautiful and so talented. I hope she gets a lot of attention for this film. Her dad is a famous Guatemalan singer.

I actually was thinking she’s just average looking and an ok actress, my main issue w the movie. Great movie overall though and luv Linkkater, so great he’s still doing great things

Hit Man (2024) was phenomenal from start to finish & I'm giving it a 10/10.
Really happy this one turned out well, really rooting for this guy!

I thought a really good movie, but have to say I don’t understand your take (literally nothing special about her or her character) and casting on the female lead, she literally is a somewhat attractive Hispanic woman but don’t get your hype and casting of her but Linklater always amazing and GP great
