Your forgetting that at the end of Shippuden Naruto becomes the Jinchuriki of all the tailed beast

That's like 90% the reason she killed herself. Like when she got kidnapped by the hiden mist they put the three tail inside her. Then when she got rescued by Kakashi the hidden mist shinobi faked followed her so they would go to the Hiden leaf village faster. Their plan was to make the three tail attack the hidden leaf village. Rin figured out that she was the jinchuriki and took her life
