The European Law Academy represents a project to provide high quality legal education for those who are students of, or simply just interested in, European Law. European Law is a highly complex and relatively modern development in the broader corpus of National and International Legal systems. The main focus of this channel will be on two major institutions:
The European Union
The European Court of Human Rights

European Union (EU) law refers to the body of laws and legal principles that govern the European Union, a political and economic union of 27 European countries (as of my last knowledge update in September 2021). EU law is unique in that it has primacy over the national laws of its member states and plays a pivotal role in the functioning of the EU.
