Just so everyone is clear, the white marble structure whose name is Taj Mahal, that was flashed up at 0:38 in the video, was ordered built by the 5th Mughal emperor known best as Shah Jahan I as a memorial and mausoleum (tomb) for his deceased wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is not a palace where any living person resided. Only corpses reside there, including the corpse of the 5th Mughal emperor who commissioned the structure in 1631 CE. There are many other famous palaces in South Asia, but the narrator didn't mention any at this point in his video.

What’s so excellent about this video which says that our ancient Vedic knowledge came from west , inspite of Aryan invasion theory has been demolished. This theory was promoted by Britain to divide and rule by saying that South Indians are original people and North Indians came from west / Europe. How can you ignore such nonsense . Hence the very basis on which this imaginary story is built is false and fiction.

The caste system was originally meant to be based on skills and not birth. It was later gradually changed to be based on birth, mainly due to corruption that slowly entered the society. Even the epic Mahabharata reflects the drawback of a birth based caste system through the tragic tale of Karna.

In case you were wondering what the purpose of ammunition covered in animal fat was: Back then, the first precursors to cartridges arose. Previously you had to fill your musket from a seperate powder bag, then add the musket ball. Paper cartridges were tubes of paper, filled with the gunpoweder needed for a single shot, with a musket ball being enclosed on one end. To use it, you bit the bullet end of, pouring the powder into the barrel and then put the bullet out of your mouth into the muzzle as well (this overall sped up the reload speed of muskets). These paper tubes were sealed with animal fat, which both kept the cartridge from falling apart and provided some water protection. In choosing a combination of both cow and pig fat, the British were able to offend pretty much everybody in India, leading to said rebellion.

~11:25 "further upsets when the British banned child marriage and outlawed slavery, which were part of Indian culture at that time" What is the source of this information? I'm not an expert by any stretch, but both of those claims are contrary to research I've done in the past. As far as I'm aware, the British didn't implement any child marriage laws until the 1920s, when they set the minimum age for marriage at 14 for girls. Meanwhile, non-caste-based slavery (which was the only type that was banned) was far from a common part of Indian culture, and the majority of Indian slaves remained in debt bondage/indentured servitude after slavery was banned in India, so I can't imagine how that could have played into tensions.

GoodComedyClips Yes! Definitely. The British took a lot of Indians by deception or force (and regardless of caste or religion) in order to have them work on mainly sugarcane plantations in their far away colonies. That’s how the Indian side of my family (I’m half) was brought to both Fiji and Trinidad. The use of indentured labour was very systematic and, although labourers were on contract, their contracts were often renewed without their knowledge. So they would end up working for many more years than their initial contract stated. They were also paid very little. People were allowed to practice their traditional religion and speak their languages (in some places), but they still experienced a lot of cultural oppression too.

I call cap on this. The 1857 rebellion was caused cuz Military Causes: The main immediate reason for this revolt was the introduction of the 'Enfield' rifle. The Indian sepoys had to tear off the cartridge with their mouths before loading it into the gun. The cartridges were believed to be made with cow fat or greased with pig fat. The soldiers were enraged as this was against the sentiments and religious ideologies of Hindus and Muslims. This anger led to the beginning of the revolt. Economic Cause: The various reforms implemented by the British government regarding the revenue system and taxation had a serious effect on the peasants. Social and Religious Cause: Racism against Indians and keeping them away from mixing with the Europeans was quite prevalent. This racial discrimination was a major reason for the revolt of 1857. Political Cause: The British government launched policies that took away the power from Zamindars and Nawabs. Various policies were launched, which affected the native state rulers badly. These policies included - the doctrine of Lapse, the policy of indirect subordination, and the policy of misgovernance (through which Awadh was conquered). and not slavery and child marriage Abolition. In fact, Slavery was used by the British in the form of indentured servants and child marriage was not outlawed till 1929 long after the 1857 rebellion.

Do you normally just go around the youtube comments section just making things up. The British have never traded slaves all over the world. Thats just a stupid throw away comment that doesn't do anything to add to the discussion. Yes the British in the very early years of trying to emulate the Spanish and start a policy of expansionism and Empire building did buy Slaves from the already established African Slave markets (the British didn't create them, they just used them as did others) taking them to the Americas to work on mainly Sugar plantations. But Britain in later years also became one of the first and the major adversary of slavery and played a huge part helping with the abolishment. You can ignore this fact as much as you want, but trying to get others to do the same is just going to make you look foolish.

End of thia video was soo beautiful. Thank you for making this. Hindus have 2 action pack epics Ramayana and Mahabharata which also describes history of India before hadappa and Mohenjodaro. Unfortunately these epics are considered as myths. Still here are places, Temples and culture which represents that time organisation

Good work... Good animations... Well done... But I give 3/5 points for this... You have included the debunked Aryan invasion theory... You have shown very less about Hinduism... And most importantly, science and art was developed at the Vedic period itself... Proof: Vedas contains knowledge about origin of universe, metallurgy, marine engineering, astronomy, biology etc. Sama Veda contains the knowledge of expressions and feelings. It is the source of Indian music and songs. Yajurveda and Atharva Veda contains knowledge about controlling nature using rituals and hymns. Then, Arthashastra ( Economics, trade etc) was written by Chanakya of Maurya empire...

Nader Shah period in India was only from 1738 to 1739 and he never ruled India. He returned back to Persia within a year after getting wealth. It is estimated that Nader took away treasures worth as much as seven hundred million rupees. Among a trove of other fabulous jewels, Nader also looted the Koh-i-Noor and Darya-ye Noor diamonds. The Iranian troops left Delhi at the beginning of May 1739, The booty they had collected was loaded on 700 elephants, 4,000 camels, and 12,000 horses. The plunder seized from India was so much that Nader stopped taxation in Iran for a period of three years following his return.

How could people called Indo-Aryans migrate INTO the Indian subcontinent? They would be Aryans who migrated there, and then once established, could then be referred to as Indo-Aryans after admixing with the local people already there.

Some of my thoughts on the ending: Gandhi campaigned to "Quit India" in WWI, the British said they'd grant independence, they lied. He did so again after WWII, the British gave independence this time. Guess why? Oh, and not without a catch. Now there's a brand new adversary: West and East Pakistan. Clement Atlee himself states a decade later that it wasn't Gandhi that convinced him to grant India independence, but inability to hold the country. It were the constant mutinies by Indian soldiers that were more threatening than the population protesting.

This is what taught in Europe about their kings' race 👉 Nordics originates in steppe in 8k BCs, moved to Europe, went in hibernation for 8.5k yrs, woke up in 6th c. CE., invented script, weaponry, monarchy. From 15th c. CE they've conquered the world. Upon asking they can't answer the oldest book Nordic could read for the first time. Meanwhile whites (Celt R1bY, Vened R1aY) & other subhum@ns of Northern hemisphere are en$laved by Aryas (CimmeArya Saka Sauromata Alani Roxolani TochaArya Kushan Wushun Xiangno Khotan) from India-Iran areas in the 1k BCs while Mittani-Hatti-Hari Arya descents conquered Greece, Italy. Aryas from India first conquered upto Anatolia in 2k BCs. R1a1aY, R1a1Y is the conqueror.

Lastly it is worth mentioning that the ancient and real name of India is Bharat after the great king Bharat who is believed to be born before the famous epic of Mahabharata and dates back atleast 4000-5000 years from now..all for incorrect Aryan invasion theory.. also he is believed to be the first to have followed the Democratic way of ruling the country.. he did not appoint his sons to be the next ruler as he believed that they were not capable enough and hence a ruler was found and elected to rule this great land Bharat
