I like the look ARROW gave green arrow, it gives a more modern, darker, look to him. The hood and, now, the mask, give him a very cool look, while keeping him loyal to the original costume.

he was called Speedy coz he moved faster than Green Arrow. I know I'm a year late but the more ya know also, Biggie, Speedy was a nickname for Thea. then Roy became Olivers sidekick (the first speedy) then took on the name Arsenal. and Thea took over as Speedy

My personal favorite story arcs are 'The Archer's Quest' and 'The Sound of Violence'. Those two plus 'Quiver' were my introduction to Green Arrow (a pretty weird place to start) after I began watching Arrow and ever since he's been my favorite superhero.

I heard New 52 Green Arrow sucked until Jeff Lemire started writing it.

It did suck, but yes, since Lemire started it has become my favourite book in the new 52, and one of the few I'm still reading. Wonder Woman and Aquaman are also solid, but I worry about Aquaman now Johns has left.

Hey guys, I was looking forward to find out some feats dealing with green arrow, but does anyone know what his greatest feats are along with the draw weight on his bow?

I highly recommend the Green Lantern Green Arrow series to anybody. It is the traditional Green Arrow we all love, and Hal Jordan isn't annoying like he is now.

Would love to know more about his Golden Age years, since those are very expensive, and haven't been made commercially available in cheaper trades.

I just realized that Andy Diggle wrote Green Arrow Year one and that's why Diggle is in Arrow

He cheated death by surving a plane explosion and came back like the badass he is.

I read the year one comic and its on one of my top list. Loved the art and all the perspective and action. Its amazing.

My two favorite Green Arrow stories remain Year One (FREAKIN' FANTASTIC, and Jock's art is just so damn good) and Longbow Hunters. I also liked Quiver a lot, it's pretty great, and crawling from the wreckage was good.

Sick of people trying to push hawkeye on the audience. Hes an absolute shit character with terrible writing. He brings absolutely nothing to the avengers other than being the "guy with the bow". New 52 Ollie is basically Justin Hartley.

I love what they're doing with the Arrow series on CW, it has completely filled the void Smallville left for me when they went off air in every way. It even goes more deeper into the Batman villains. I wont give anything away, but def check that out. A lot better then the Tomorrow People.

That Drug issue with Speedy showed that Ollie is probably the worst parent in the DCU, he was so caught up in his preaching he wasn't there for Roy when he needed him the most,and just tossed him out in the street like he was trash, and instead of him being the one to help Roy overcome his addiction, he pawned him off on Black Canary. For all the berating he gave Lantern in the GL/GA series, about how Lantern was the man, he clearly hated it when people tossed it back in his face
