13:07 Sir there is a folktale here in Odisha about the matrimonial alliance you mentioned. The Gajapati used to clean the floor of the holy chariots of Lord Jagannath, Lord Balabhadra & Devi Subhadra as a ritual in the Ratha Yatra. Krishnadeva Raya hesitated to give his daughter's hand to a king who cleaned floor (he addressed Gajapati as Chandaala). So the Gajapati ordered his men to kidnap the princess and keep her with full respect and honour at the prime minister's house. He ordered the prime minister to marry the princess to a Chandaala. The minister then waited till Ratha Yatra to tell him that no one other than the Gajapati himself was fit as a Chandaala for the princess, who cleaned no one's floor other than the chariots of God Himself.
