Remember the round boostio got an ace? 40:35 the vandal was dropped by Jing who wanted to stay alone on site even tho he wasn't fragging well. One round on ascent 5v4 prx advantage Jing went to peek short naked and died,lost the advantage. There are more which I'm lazy to type in. he definitely got too emotional and threw.

@@itaca4861 that's true, I feel like loud vs optic was still the best final. Gambit vs acend was a new start for champions and showed some EU energy. Optic gaming vs loud showed that they're the best rivalries of all time and jump in to 2023 champions, prx vs eg was a more emotional match. That's the Vct script.

from 13-0 annihilation by Loud to 3-0 destruction by Fnatic who would have thought that EG wud own the Grandest stage of 'em all one of the best glow ups ever what an amazing end to such an extraordinary arc

Probably one of the most insane storyline tournaments for the game. PRX's incredible last dance with Jing. Loud regaining their footing and upsetting Fnatic. 2 Chinese teams in playoffs. Navi was eliminated from groups with 103 (win)-101 (loss) round record which might be the first time a team was eliminated with a positive win differential. DRX 5-6th place curse continues. NRG getting exposed. Finally, EG with the most insane run from being doubted as a 10th-place team before VCT Tokyo. Never has there been an esports that is as internationally competitive as Valorant. I hope that Valorant will never end up like Dota 2, League of Legends, CS GO, etc where only 2 regions are competitive. The only weak point is the sensitive Valorant fans. They pale in comparison to CS GO and Cod's fan. I think Valorant fans need to step outside to understand sports banter. Go to a football game of Liverpool vs Barcelona, Liverpool vs Juventus, Bayern vs Barcelona if you are European. Show up to a Lakers vs Golden states Warrior Basketball game if you are American. Go see an India vs Pakistan cricket game in Asia. You would realize how real sports banter works.

This match had me on edge the whole time, what a crazy incredulous , entertaining and emotional match, every player performed , turned up and had their clutch moments ,None had a bad round everyone played with perfection and discipline. i have never watched a more complete finals in history i would say.

The trajectory of EG so far. Before the league began, EG was called the worst team in the franchise, with many criticizing them for firing Coach Potter. → 4 wins and 5 losses in the league match. Furthermore, EG lost 13-0 at Pearl Loud. → At the end of the league game, EG faced a situation where they would be eliminated unless Mibr beat 100T. → Spectacular Mibr breaks 100T and EG advances to playoff. → Demon1 acquires Bald Buff, defeats NRG and C9, EG advances to Miracle Masters Tokyo. "*He said on Twitter that he would be bald if Mibr beat 100T. And He did what said." → Demon1 was told that wouldn't be able to participate in the Masters Tokyo because Demon1 didn't have a visa or passport, but three days before the tournament Demon1 arrived in Tokyo thanks to the efforts of manager KurtG.→ Lost to FNATIC in the Grand Final, but reached 2nd place.→ Before Champions, Boostio made a bold statement that "the China region will never be better than the NA region", and Demon1 became arrogant and turned into a complete devil.→ The curse of 2nd place was completely lifted, and EG made it through the group stage.→ Although they lost to PRX by a narrow margin in the playoff upper final, they defeated the current world champion LOUD in the lower FINAL and advanced to the Grand FINAL. This was an epic Grand Final, 2 Cinderella stories. One team went from an underdog to Pacific's best team, the other was an NA who was said to be doomed to fail, and now stands at the Grand Finals of the biggest Valorant Tournament.

EG won with 2 map disadvantage. Doesn’t matter what you do outside the game but if u perform(demon1) in the game , you will win. PRX has no exit strategy if there gameplan doesn’t work.

As a prx fan, ofcourse im upsetted that they didn't win. But with EG's perfect form, perfect symphony and coordination on today's match, they looked unstoppable. This was one hell of a match, a rollercoaster full of emotions, and BY FAR the most entertaining match iv'e ever seen. And resolving on jinggs situation, fairy tales dont always happen. But what matters the most is the laughs, the memories and the fun that they've had with him. Really nice try from Paper Rex, and i hope the best for jingg in the future, and congratulations to our new VCT kings, Evil Geniusses!! GG to everyone!!
