Rashard Lewis and Hedo were on fire this series. They were also pretty good in the finals against the Lakers as well. The biggest difference between this and the finals to me was Big Z and Varajeo couldn't provide the interior resistance to Dwight that Gasol and Odom provided while also being able to switch and recover on one of the wings. As the series goes on you can see Dwight just dominate on the boards and inside that he couldn't do in the finals

Not really. They were a good team that overperformed.

@@x-man9473 dude, no. I'm from Orlando and been watching this team progress the years leading up to this season. I knew we were the best team in the East despite being third. We were so overlooked that season. Only Charles Barkley gave us a chance while everyone was writing us off. The Magic was that squad.

@@elhajjmalikel6266 Nah. They struggled a lot during the playoffs. In the 2nd round, they came back from a 2-3 deficit against the Celtics. In the finals, the got beat 4-1 against the Lakers. The only good team they looked dangerous against were the Cavs.

@@x-man9473 Did you forget that series with the Magic and Lakers? Game 2 Pau Gasol's goaltending got missed by the refs when Courtney Lee tried to lay it up. Magic won Game 3. Game 4 Stan Van Gundy benched Rafer Alston when he was cooking the Lakers and put an injured Jameer Nelson in. Dwight missed two free throws near the end of the game that would've sealed the game for the Magic. Derek Fisher came down and hit a game-tying three to send the game into OT. If you account for all that, it could've easily been Orlando up 3-1 vs Los Angeles.

When Rashard Lewis made the shot, I kind of figured Cleveland would lose.

Every time the Magic score, they "announce" it. Every time the Cavs score, they scream. Finally, Orlando's last shot that was a game winner garnered some excitement. People should have paid more attention to the regular season. Cavs were in trouble.

@@vineezyproductions9638 Mo Williams was a replacement all-star which as relevant as saying Jeff Teague was an all-star on those Hawks teams. Z wasn't an all-star since 2005. Those players are better as your 5th-7th best players on a contending team, not your 2nd-3rd. Khris Middleton was more impactful than them

All I ever hear is how Bron doesn't have help. In sequence...doesn't close out on Lewis 3...bang. Mo Williams hits a standstill 3 to get it back to one. Bron down three goes to the line, misses 1 out of 2. Switches off Hedo to leave Varejao 1 on 1 with a perimeter shooter, predictably fouls. Hockey assist to Ilgauskas who sets up Varejao for the easy layup. Clamped by Pietrus and passes it out to West, who hits a clutch 3. That's THREE critical plays his supposed inferior teammates made. Have the lead, need a critical stop. Don't get it. To his credit, gets 3 pt play on a tough and 1 to the basket. Rashard Lewis then cooks Varejao on the GW 3. And Bron, instead of going to the basket on a night he had damn near 50, passes up the GW shot...but y'all will insist it's the right move, even when saying he had 'shitty' teammates. Not a bug, a feature of his game. That's his play to make as the supposed "GOAT".

You sound obsessive. Any NBA fan that gets as worked up about the GOAT convo as you do is a certified clown. It’s a lot more enjoyable as an nba fan to just appreciate all the greats rather than constantly tearing down ones you hate in order to prop up your favorite players You seeked out this video to comment that. How pathetic Player stan fans like yourself are the worst type of nba fan. Being a fan of an actual team will always be better Btw I’m not even a Bron fan.

Some of your observations are off. Lebron and Varejao has to switch on Lewis/Turkoglu otherwise Lewis gets an easy layup off a pass since he already beat Varejao inside. On the final drive, there's no angle for him to get to the rim especially when Pietrus goes down unless you think he should've stepped on him, lol. You just highlighted the fundamental issue that the Cavs didn't have the ability to switch and double with Z/Varejao on Dwight and still recover fast enough on their shooters. I don't think Lebron is the goat, but trying to say "he should've done more" and then ignoring all the other factors in favor of individual heroism is a cancer to team sports

Lebron had 49 points, 8 assists, 6 rebounds. On 66% from the field wtf are you yapping about. Mo Williams shot 6/19 32% Delonte West shot 4/13 31% All your claims make no sense, you first criticize Lebron for Rashad Lewis making a wide open 3 because he didn’t close out??? When that is not Lebron man and he is not close to him. Then you say Lebron shouldn’t have switched off hedo, but varejo was guarding Lewis and Lewis was on fire and hedo was playing bad and if he didn’t switch that’s an open pass. You claim pietrus locked up Lebron when Lebron sucks in the defense for a delonte 3, then you criticize Lebron for not shooting over a 7ft center when he is behind the hoop instead the Cavs got a open look for west who just hit that shot. Behold the average Lebron hater, no ball knowledge what so ever
