the healthy cells form that palisading formation. And they are met with a malignant invasion of palisading cells in response. Wow.

if basal cell carcinomas dont metastasize at all (we call them locally malignant) then WHY are they classified as malignant?!

And besides that, it is classified as malignant because it can rarely metastasize in 0.005% of cases, most commonly to lungs bones and regional LN

Might be necrosis not much keratin, BCCs should not keratinize too much

I saw pallisading in your SCC video too. Is the pallisading always very obvious in BCC or it could be difficult to detect at times? How can we differentiate between neoplastic squamous cells and neoplastic basaloid cells?
