Hahaha no problem bro! The only thing I need to tell you is that the BBU is CRAZY!!! You should watch the whole thing (as you are doing with the loopstation battle) because there were SO many good videos in there. All Den's and Hiss' rounds (including their willcards to the tournament) were EPIC (not joking at all). If you can't, you should check it on your own, but trust me... BBU content is 🔥. P.s.: Every battle from the BBU are in Sxin's and Chezame's channels. For example, this battle is in Chezame's but if you go to Sxin's, you'll find Heartzel vs Hiss (which was his video against Hiss). That's all. See ya bro, thanks for the content again! ❤

About bbu , i suggest you to see the battles in order , like quarter, semi then finals, so you can understand the counters better and to enjoy it even more.

Yea i hope u do the whole bbu anthony but note that in these videos they were allowed to mix as much as they wanted basically so some sounds are obviously amplified and they are allowed to use reverb and whatnot so its not completely natural like on gbb

This was a battle between hiss and Heartzel, and that beat you were talking about was one of heartzel’s beats he used in a previous battle

2:06 This is just what I'm inferring, but I believe the acronyms are as follows: K: Kick S(p): Snare(pf snare) (The same snare you're trying out here) R(i): Rimshot(inward) (I have no idea how to do a rimshot, but I assume it's similar to an inward k snare) 5:15 This whole segment is a reference to Heartzel's previous round in the BBU against Hippy in the top 16 called "Radioactive Meltdown". I think you noticed during that segment, the video was indeed flipping between Hiss and Heartzel, showing that the backdrop and outfit and everything was similar. It's a shot at Heartzel (since it's a battle) by replicating his beat, video, outfit, everything. Hiss saying "I'll follow GBB level" is also another shot at Heartzel. In Radioactive Meltdown, Heartzel has a line saying "I'm on that GBB level" because BBU started not too long after GBB21 which Heartzel managed to get into. Like others have mentioned, I also strongly suggest you watch the BBU battles in order from top 16 to finals. If you do, one small info for you is that Stitch was supposed to go up against Vino but Vino dropped out fairly last minute and got replaced by Madox. Stitch didn't have time to redo another video, so his round has shots towards Vino instead of Madox. Same thing happened with Jordox vs Vilardo. Jordox was supposed to go up against Tomazacre, but Tomaz got removed from BBU because of SA allegations at the time and was replaced by Vilardo last minute.

Rim shot is basicly inward k snare with no air. When you try to do inw k, you need to take some air in; but in rim shot just that k sound, no air. Explaining is hard idk :)

The BBU was an online beatbox competition held, hosted, and judged by sxin and chezame. Highly recommend watching in order because ever video is fantastic and there is some very high quality beatbox through out the competition.

if you watch this battles in order u can understand every sequence of counter attacks man. 5:16 Hiss was referring Heartzel's previous battle round using same beats and even with the same outfits, background sets etc

Hiss is the master of tecnique! And he is so good at mixing the audio and video

He copied Heartzel 1/8 battle routine in this tournament. It's named Radioactive Meltdown and its against Hippy (another awesome beatboxer you would enjoy)

The bass at 5:15 is an inward bass plus an inward click roll at the same time. Heartzell uses that sound quite a bit. Azels liquid bass is kind of a very modified clickroll.

You need to watch the BBU battle proposed by CHEZAME and SXIN! This was a battle from it!

So bbu was a very progressive battle for beatbox, and that’s because chezame and sxin (the creators of bbu) wanted a battle all about making the best beatbox video so they allowed some minor audio editing like cleaning and crisping up the sound, they also allowed contests to have a certain amount of sampling their sounds as long as it was possible to do 100% natural, so some of these combos and beats were sampled (like a loop station) just to so the competition could push the evolution of beatbox a little harder, the beatbox scene got exponentially better after this competition because of it
