Oh! No need for an investigation or a trial. Lol. Sorry, I’m just always surprised how many people are so sure about things from our perspective, which is whatever information we’ve gotten through media sources that filter things. 🫤 and sometimes affected by our experiences. I wondered if someone lured him out through the Internet. The mom said he didn’t have access, but they also said he was an intelligent 15 year old, so…… but yes, anybody needs to be investigated for this. I’m not up on all of this, but the stepfather said he wasn’t given a polygraph because he was out of town with work I believe. I wondered what day Sebastian disappeared, and was he seen by other people in the day or days before? Like school? In case something was done prior to that night.

We have a little girl here in the state of Washington who was taken from her druggie parents.. She was taken in ay a year by loving caretakers.. Taken from their home put back with bio parents @ 3 … a few months later disappeared and 3 years later still has never been found!!! Bio mom told younger siblings the wolves ate her…our poor children!!

It's all reported and they did nothing. My friend's son was beat and told a teacher at school. They didn't even show up to interview and the judge in the custody case forced him to go back to unsupervised visitation for weekends. The whole state needs a massive overhaul.

There are documents from 2016 reporting the abuse Sebastian suffered because of Seth, his biological father was physically abusive towards his son and the KZreadr Gray Hughes talked about it on his channel, he was guest on Court TV more than once. I think all 3 parents are trash

​@sweetiepie3359 How Seth explained it was that Sebastian tripped and if his hand wouldn't have been on the door frame, Sebastian would have hit his head and Seth was trying to keep Sebastian from hitting his head because Sebastian has fluids on his brain 🧠. He said that after that happened, Sebastian ran and told Katie that his dad hit him. Seth said that Katie reported it and Seth ended up having to move out and live in his car. He said that they went to court and the accusations were unfounded, so the case was dropped.

I'm so glad Seth finally got the stomach to say out loud what we've all been thinking. That poor man. My heart is shattered for him, and I hope beyond all hope that his son is found and returned safely. 💚💚💚

@@WhosWhointheZoo123 Yes he does have an alibi. He was working from 6pm-6am Sunday night until Monday morning as a correctional officer at a jail 45 minutes away. He had multiple cameras on him at that time. He is not the person who did this imo it’s Sebastian’s mom who we should be asking Where is Sebastian and what did she do to him? IMO he never made it home after eating at Texas Roadhouse. She must have gotten rid of him somewhere along the route back to her house or called Chris to hide him somewhere.

This father loves his boy...I pray he comes home safely. My heart is breaking for this man...he looks so, very tired 🥺😥

@@RuckMac How do you know that LE hasn't interrogated them? They would be one of the first to be interrogated. No one's been ruled out, but LE has stated multiple times that all parents have been very cooperative with LE. It makes zero sense because you're being a dimwit.

The mother's excuse for not being at the search was that Sebastián could be anywhere. No parent just gives up like that! Remember Riley Strain's parents? They stayed out there until he was found.

The mother was alone in the home with Sebastian, no dog hits outside the home, no shoes missing, no coats missing, phone at home, backpack at home. Doors locked, windows locked. Hmmm. I think stepdad was there to. At their interview he slipped a few times. When asked if the boy could have gone through the window he said WE would have heard it. And when asked if he went to bed same time like his wife he said yes. And his wife quickly jumped in and said that he wasn’t at home. I think she covers for him

This kid did not leave at night with no shoes or phone.

When my 10 year old grandson who lived with me went missing, the entire town I lived in, plus Sheriff and police were out there searching over an entire day and night. I stayed at the house. Not once sleeping but pacing and sick to my stomach and a wreck. I was constantly looking out the door. Had the big door open all the lights on I know everybody react differently, but it just seems to me like the mom and the stepdad are just way too calm. And the big red flag is leaving that house.

LE never keeps families in the loop of an active investigation, and that has to be maddening for loved ones. Feel so bad for Seth.

The mother looks typically like someone on prescriptive medication. Each individual reacts differently to trauma. You should go back and research parents/other adults whose children have gone missing to see common examples of performative anguish/concern displayed for the public only to then wind up being up being arrested/charged. People often don't react according to type for various reasons.

Wait, hang on. Why would Sebastian still be in the custody of his mother? They prosecute minors for sex crimes all the time. In California they can't be charged as adult unless they are 14. I have friends who work with minor offenders within the justice system. I don't understand. This just breaks my heart. My parents didn't help me when I was abused on multiple occasions and didn't report to authorities. It was devastating to me. And I don't have autism. I can't imagine how he could process that without a lot of professional help. Processing emotions is one of the main issues with autism hence the meltdowns which occur.

It's possible Sebastian didn't tell either of his parents about it until he was older. I went through a similar situation, around the same age as Sebastian with my perpetrator being the same age allegedly as the other kid in this situation, and I haven't told my family about what happened to this day because it's still something I'm processing. At the time it happened, it was with someone I trusted and loved and I wasn't old enough to understand what was happening. All I knew was that I was spending time with someone I cared about and I did what I was told. I don't think they quite understood the gravity of the situation, either. I can't remember if they told me not to tell anyone about it, but I just know that I didn't speak up about it. Sebastian could have been in a similar situation, and if mom doesn't know about it and there isn't anything else going on to tip her off on something, then there's only so much she can do. If Sebastian told his dad, then his dad would be the one responsible for taking action against what happened, so it's possible Sebastian didn't tell his dad, either. There's only so many things we can speculate about when it's just all hearsay from the dad.

@@sarahaas3182 No he wasn't. He knew what happened to Sebastian. They didn't even press charges on the boy who did that to their son. I wish people would quit acting like Seth deserves a parent of the year award. Listen to his interview on the Pascal show. You will see him in a new light.

​@@lisamills1081 I will check that out. Chris is guilty of emotionally and physically abusing this special needs child and mom let it happen which makes her just as guilty. That is a fact. Mom and step are both guilty of abuse. Do you see that?

Last year Sebastian was supposed to start living with Seth but Sebastian hadn't yet.

It's not that simple to just take your kid away from the other parent with a joint custody agreement. Especially when the ex and her new husband have more money. I'm sure they claimed ignorance although the abuse allegedly occurred in their apt.

They have a custody agreement, he does spend time with his father. it's not a 50/50 split, but he still has split custody.

@@justicedenyd yes there was a reason, the boy was SA'd in California while with the mother. Seems that should have immediately been cause for a change of custody terms!

It doesn't sound like he really wanted full custody. He said in one interview when Sebastian wanted to live with him that he told him something to the effect that he would get one more chance to start behaving better before he could live with him.

Dad is exhausted, he needs a break please help him anyone who can.

I don't believe for a moment Katie was the last to see Sebastian. I do believe Chris was home, had seen that Sebastian forgot to take the trash out, woke him to take it out and the punishment went too far. I also believe authorities failed Sebastian by ruling out Chris and Katie way to quick!!!! They should have been interrogated separately. Now their out of jurisdiction which could be to the Proudfoot's advantage.

What does not make sense to me is this, Seth if you knew your son was Molested, and then let a SO around him. Seth why did you NOT get full custudy of Sebastian then. A very big piece of this puzzle is missing! Pray for Sebastian and pray he will be found asap!

Check other channels. Others have said that he did discuss this with another channel or news group about being in the middle of trying to get custody and already had him enrolled in a school.

Law enforcement needs to collect and view every damn piece of video from the neighborhood/town on the night/morning that the boy went missing.

What a heart-wrenching episode. I have felt for awhile that Seth was holding things back in the best interest of finding his son. The mom is in trouble… have they searched their phones? Cause those need to be searched. Why are they not in contact with the father? He’s the biological father… you can’t just completely vanish like that! This is just so heartbreaking.

Dad seems to be drained . I could not imagine what he has been through and what he’s going through every minute of every single day
