Very respectfully delivering this out , Shahveer needs to let his guest have their speak time. There were alot of situations or almost all where Shahveer had cut the guest off and started with his own. The podcast should be about the guest and less about shahveer and sundus having their own discussion and barely looking towards the guest ! Hopefully the next one comes out well. Respect to Shehroze !

That's none of your business to pass your remark upon. Three people discussing a subject, there's bound to be an input from the hosts of the show, that's how conversations leap forward. This isn't like any other podcasts and who has told you that it has anything to do with professionalism, it's not a formal corporate meeting or anything. It's as causal as it can get and that's their USP. Try to look at things with clarity and be able to differentiate between things clearly.

The podcast is clearly about Shahveer and Sundas and that's the highlight of this show which people like the most. It's about three people having a conversation on a random topic and then it naturally flows from there. Both of them including the guests have the opportunity to give their inputs and that's how it has always been from the inception. It's not like any other podcasts so try to view it from that perspective.

    1. I suggest you guys to write down some interesting questions before calling someone this talented like Shehroz on the podcast to stay focused. I felt like Shahveer was running out of questions and mentioning his own casual stories. 2. In Your podcasts with Sundas you don't have to write questions but I suggest there could be a rough sketch of the conversation you are going to have with the guest. 3. You should attach the videos you are watching to give the audience an idea of what you are talking about.

It’s an interview when you call a guest to participate and ask them about their experiences about a certain event, their life etc. If there was a random topic they were discussing and sharing their opinion (with or without the guest), then it would’ve been a podcast. But this format is called a podcast by default these days, therefore the confusion.

what happened to your television media, why don't you make them aware about the wrongs that they are doing? They are not promoting people like Sheroze who want to channel these climbing activities as a sport, promotion is beyond the call they do not even acknowledge people like him by bringing them in and showing their stories to everyone. This is a unique podcast and the hosts of the show don't have a typical generic role rather Shahveer and Sundaas are the highlight of the show and that's what people enjoy watching. Shehrooze said what he wanted to say and Shahveer brought him up twice on the podcasts and supported him. Try to appreciate that instead of just looking at things negatively. Who would say how much is not on you to comment upon. How do you even determine someone else's conception of what and how much they would talk about a certain thing, did Shehrooze talk to you? All baseless remarks! Try to respect and appreciate what Shahveer has done! He didn't even have to bring someone like Shehrooze in the first place.

Shahveer is the definition of a toxic person: He always diverts attention away from a more knowledgeable guest and begins to either speak about an unrelated topic, in a sad attempt to highlight that he knows more than them on that said topic. He manages to make anyone's story about himself. A guest is speaking about THEIR experience, but Shahveer will without fail butt in. He's also extremely disrespectful to Sundas and tries to put her on the spot regarding her 1 year goals/objectives. Just because she does not want to be an "actor" her goal of having her own clinic is almost mocked or patronised. These podcasts started off really well. But with time, Shahveer is showing his true colours of being an immensely small & defensive man. I only tune in for Sundas and the energy that she brings.

Honest Feedback here Great job on the new set. I think there are two different styles of podcasts here: With guests and without. And as such, the structure and style needs to be tailored to the situatition. When guests are invited, I think its important to respect their time and their experiences. One way to do that is to do some prior homework and prepare some bullets or questions that can do justice to their expertise. When there are no guests, you can always freestyle and use your time as you like (although the constant fact checking is breaking up the organic flow which was such a beautiful characteristic of previous podcasts. If you do insist on bringing some Joe Rogan style elements to your freestyle podcasts, then a little prior preparation would go a long way in keeping your audience engaged.) This podcast was just very painful to listen to due to constant interruptions and directionless conversations in the presence of an esteemed guest. There is intelligent and worthy feedback in the comment section and I hope they are taken into consideration. Looking forward to seeing growth and improvements in the coming episodes.
