Kiyotaka said "I must remember to throw rubbish away today." 7. Kei said, "You already know EVERYTHING about me." 8. In the scene with Sakayanagi, when Kiyotaka threated to **** her, he said "Now I know everything, you don't (hinting he had seggs) In the scene with sakayanagi, Kiyo only threatened her. Unless he finished in 10 secs, they didn’t do it.

@@17d92 was it specified that the scene only lasted 10 seconds? like from the moment Ayano said “Let’s start the special lesson” then 10 seconds they got back up? where’s the dialogue? what’s the lesson? does the “10 seconds” refer to the whole scene where “let’s start the special lesson” dialogue went completely contextless and lasted only 10 seconds or does “10 seconds” simply refers to the length of the new-scene transition after a scene/time skip where the narrative skipped over the scene(including the secrets, their deal and whatever that lesson was) to then be used later?

Actually, I knew that Ayanokoji would eventually leave the class in order to fight Horikita, because if he would lose to her, that would mean that his father was wrong. And proving his father wrong is his main goal from the very beggining.

Honestly interesting development from the whole series itself especially from Sudo like dang dude that's some great character development and writing. So yeah can't wait on what's in store for the next round on regarding the cote series. which is as usual Keep up the Great Work, Have fun while doing so and of course do it at your own pace. Seriously the series is fun although because I don't have any "website" to read the COTE LN or "have the time to do it" you with the other youtuber's explaining it and from time to time giving insight or "clear" it's honestly a blast.

I loved the part where Horikita, Ibuki and Kushida all unanimously agreed that they hate Amasawa and then team up to defeat her 🤣. And how is Koenji that good? I guess he really is just built differently. But damn, I guess Kyio really decided to get busy. I wonder if Koenji is part of the white room too? Honestly, this is one of my favorite volumes. Horikita's class is getting stronger, she's starting to become the leader that I'm sure her brother would be impressed, there's also Ayanokoji with Arisu, and my favorite moment which is the formation of The Dream Team: Horikita, Ibuki and Kushida vs Ichika.

To me, this is by far the worst volume is cote. First Horikita class, the whole thing about the class being back together in about a week is something I dislike. I expected the class to criticize Horikita after her inability to keep her promise, of expelling traitors, not just some but most of the class but that didn’t happen. And there’s the ‘getting Kushida back’ with Ibuki’s help thing, which was forced by the author, and the counter argument Horikita used against Kushida to get her back wasn’t perfect for Kushida to agree. And don’t get me started with the sudo vs hosen tennis game. Hosen should’ve easily won that game, the rule that the author used for sudo to gain some wining points was complete bullshit. And we have the arisu scene. Tbh, I was completely fine with it until kiyo pushed her on her bed. What’s the point of all that? Kiyo always knew arisu wouldn’t use such things as the WR against him, but knowing that he still didn’t trust her with it? That entire thing is forced as well. What went down there was super unnecessary. Again, this is by far the worst volume, quite a disappointment, indeed.

No matter how strong horikita's class gets there is no way they will defeat sakayanagi..she's on completely diff level..she can go head to head with kiyotaka himself..

So this is why Ayanakoji said to Manabu that he will push Horikita to her fullest. Ayanakoji lowkey training Horikita to be powerful enough to beat him just like when Hirata asked advice for Ayanakoji's opinion first but Ayanakoji said to go to Horikita first. Something about the chess match tells me a foreshadowing that Horikita could beat Ayanakoji cause remember the pause Horikita did when Ayanakoji was very confident of his move but Horikita was thinking about it more and that led Ayanakoji to think more about his move...

Ayanokoji is playing some very interesting game once again. Also I do believe that Kei and him did it but that he also did it with Sakayanagi to cement their partnership but also to test his feelings towards Kei. He knows he really like her but he’s still doubtful about love. Overall a great volume with the seed of destruction being planted inside the class, the end Of Ayanokoji’s friend group and Sudo’s beautiful character development. I can’t wait to see the next volume. How many do we still have bro ? You’re doing an amazing job as always !

Just to clearify sakayanagi and ayanokoji did not do it. It is stated after that they were only on the bed for 10 seconds, and arisu says ”We share a secret Nobody can know” which ayanokoji just says ”do not say stuff that is easily missunderstood”

Both start of as angry guys who has the mentality of "Anyone who attacks me is an enemy" whether it be fighting or words alone. Class change is not possible unless atleast 5 characters r moved along with kiyo or else u think of yourself wat would happen..class A we only know 3 characters and kito hardly.. Ichinose's class we know only 2 characters and shibata and himeno hardly.. Ryuen's class we know only 5 characters..so think wat sort of LN this will be if he were to change class...it would b a disaster and the author wouldn't put his years of effort to waste by doing this plus the taste in reading da ln which we have will be lost and there r lots of exams to come which we can't even imagine. Most important of all kiyotaka is not a reliable narrator.. Horikita doesn't even standca chance in defeating him and latest vol just proved this..horikita was sweating just by thinking what did kiyo do to make such expulsion possible and there is even a pic of it..to back up this claim more even her brother told her you'll never be able to beat ayanokoji..

I think the other white room student is Yagami, he's seems like a shrewd type. I can't help but wonder how cunning of a pair Sakayanagi and Ayanokoji will make especially after the you know what thing in his room.

The story is starting to take some interesting turns, close to everyone on the class is starting to show signs of growth, but unlike in Assassination classroom, not through positive reinforcement, but the realization that if you don't pull your own weight you'll be left behind, everyone is moving forward, be it out of fear like Ike or Satou, vengeance like Hasabe or simple self preservation like Kushida, eat or be eaten, which is in stark contrast to class C's mentality of don't leave anyone behind, which is slowly but surely dragging them down, I feel like this was a breaking point in which each class needs to rethink they're strategy's or continue falling deeper and deeper to the abyss

It's kind of like working in a company,even if one co-worker has a shitty personality as long as they are really good at their job everyone has to accept them.

To those who thinks Ayanokoji and Sakayanagi really “did” it and Ayanokoji just cheated Kei, well he didn’t. Maybe he just faked it by turning on the camera to record that scene, so himself and Sakaynagi could have a secret. I think the author is hinting us that ayanokoji will lose to horikita someday since ayanokoji have seen a great potential on her to a point that he hoped she can defeat him someday. In addition, horikita did somehow in a sense proved ayanokoji's doubt wrong by choosing kushida over sakura.

This volume shows just how far away Horikita still is from being a good leader. She handles the Hasebe situation so poorly. All she can ever think of his how to cooperate with others with give and take. She doesn't grasp that by protecting a traitor everyone wanted to get rid of, the alternative was tearing apart friendships and cutting off someone who was going to take a step forward.

@@UnseenWhispers Her decision to protect Kushida was purely to use her to advance to class A. To do that, she had to tear apart friendships. She clearly doesn't try to understand Haruka's PoV. "What do you want me to do, Dogeza? I don't regret my decision." Those are things you don't say to someone hurting for the loss of a friend who was sacrificed for a traitor. In fact, you'll find in the next volume that her handling of Haruka nearly led to disastrous consequences that she did nothing to address herself Horikita doesn't understand what it means to make genuine connections. It's curious she even insists on calling Kiyo a friend when she broke his trust in her and proceeded to distrust him as well She's grown enough to learn how important it is to cooperate with others and value a wide variety of skills, but she still doesn't open herself up to people. Her entire partnership with Sudo is entirely based on his infatuation with her, but what happens if he goes for Onodera instead? How far is he gonna go for Horikita then? It's not like Kushida likes Horikita. All she's in it for now is for herself. As long as Horikita's class is her best option to reach class A, she'll cooperate. But who's to say she wouldn't stab Horikita in the back if a better chance for Class A arose in a different class? Horikita has built a precarious house of cards built on give-and-take. Much of that is spoiled because she betrayed the class's trust. It works now because it appears she is getting results (even though most of those results are really thanks to Kiyo). If those results stop, the class won't follow her anymore. Kiyo really gave her a second lease on life in the previous volume. As he noted, had Horikita attempted to expel Sakura herself, as he suspected, the vote would have certainly failed and led to the 300cp penalty.

@@allengay7060 it's a perfect example of what I'm saying, too. Horikita didn't gain Ibuki's cooperation because of their relationship. She offered Ibuki what she [Hori] knew what she [Ibuki] wanted in exchange for assistance. She had no means to reach out. Building alliances of convenience is an incredibly shakey strategy when you are neither a dictator who has the power to disregard how others feel like Ryuuen or Sakayanagi nor someone like Ichinose who can build legit connections and trust with others.
