He will. Anyone can become like this as a result of abject over satiation because it erodes your mind's sense of "work vs reward" and you become driven to endless reward seeking. That means they become addicts, in any dimensional context and in that form they are insatiably driven to avoiding effort at all cost. They seek the path of least effort in whatever they do. In that regard, communications wise, the easiest way of getting endless reward is to simply lie. And while lying will very often get you whatever you demand, at least short term, long term it all falls apart because communication cant' function under conditions of lying. This gets worse because the easiest way to hide a problem is to try and make it everyone else's problem! So they attempt to popularize and normalize lying behavior as much as they can, because the more they do, the further communication becomes untenable and that works to the advantage of those who seek to take it without regard to anything but themselves. You see, thinking beyond just yourself, that also takes effort. It takes EFFORT to love people! So they don't love anything but themselves, they constantly lie and the easiest way to make a lie work... is to convince yourself that its real. If they can't get him to stop he'll become full blown, he'll lose himself entirely... but he might want that. I mean, that's often what happens when a person damages their cognition with over satiation to that degree, they want a "group home" style situation where they have "caretakers"... in other words, they want back in the asylum, but they want it to be "nicer"... in other words they want a version of a mental asylum that just satiates them to an early end. They want to remove themselves from the human condition in the nicest way possible. Just give them what they want, they will remove themselves. Nature designed us that way. That's where our inalienable rights comes from... life, choices, effort... not happiness, it's the PURSUIT of it! That takes EFFORT! There are harmonic pseudo-frequencies between differential states of perception that we require as living beings. The problem is we're entering into an age where humans have started to realize they can choose to satiate themselves at will (instant gratification) and because that's addictive in nature, it's being abused through marketing practices, which is artificially inflating the disaster because... think about it, if you could suddenly control your emotions... what's the first thing you'd do? Would you feel anger? Sadness? Pain? Regret? Or would you satiate yourself with the pleasure volume maxed out? Problem is, if you can do that, without effort, whenever you want... you'll wind up becoming a paper person living a plastic life, so addicted to your own imagination that you can't ever escape from it. If you can keep control of your emotions, if you can use applied effort to prevent the buildup of tolerance, then you can use the ability to create... anything! Literal infinite imagination, as clearly demonstrated by my recent work. You can't have it tho unless you can keep mental control. It's easy for me because I had crazy abusive parents instead of parents who spoiled me. It's the difference between accidentally creating an Athenian and an Aphrodite... yeah, spoilers, you completely misread history, that's not religion, it describes the characterization experiments that humans once stumbled across. Meaning, they abused children in different ways to produce different forms of adult sentience and then described those experiments in terms of "gods".

Idk, that's some air-tight defense he had. How can we be sure that the next time I go to the hospital I won't receive tattoos connecting me to a crime in a different country during a scheduled operation where I have to be put under? It's a scary thought that had the whole courthouse baffled.

For real. I only have asthma, but I've had bad asthma attacks and I know how it can be. Everything is a struggle, to the point of "let me show you how I can't walk" isn't a priority, it's "no fuck you I'm gonna stay seated I'm fucking exhausted". Also those small mini breaths are hella hard to do at the best of times, during an asthma attack? That isn't even enough air to justify moving my lips silently let alone saying a whole damn word. I know he's got an oxygen tank, but tanks don't replace the need for having enough air in your lungs to speak right, and being out of breath means not talking because you need to process that air real good.

It’s insane to think that this person thought they were going to get the justice until he “faked his death” and they were probably going through a lot at that point. Then he gets caught again and they have to go through the same thing over again. Now he’s putting on this act and they’re probably just going through much worse than the beginning now because of all of this. QwQ
