I love the way you communicate with your dog clients. I find you humorous with a lot of love in you. May I say no more.

Love your grooms as always. People will always complain about something--They need to be more worried about people who actually harm/abuse dogs and not the good groomers who actually care about dogs but know how to control their grooms.

❤❤ Loved Hamiltons drying on fast forward…I laughed when you were talking to him afterwards because I have 2 29:20 Shih Tzu older ladies who were rescued years ago and fostered them. No one ever wanted to adopt them so I did. I won’t lie, they were a real handful for a couple of years. Now they are as sweet as they can be. ❤❤

His eye probably has an abrasion and will need to see his veterinarian…both of my Shih Tzus had abrasions and it took several weeks before it healed. He’s adorable 🥰

❤Brittany…my groomer left her place of employment back in August and I can’t find a groomer who has an opening until January because of the holidays. Anyway…I need to come to you but you are obviously too far away. We just need more wonderful groomers like you in this crazy town. I did find a groomer who would do all 3 of my pups 🐶 tomorrow. ❤

His eye might be bothering him. Maybe his owner needs to take him to the vet to have it looked at. He is adorable.

What’s wrong with Hamilton? His eye is fine. The vet said it was an ulcer in the eye. Something he had prior to grooming…..

Is his eyelash rubbing against his eye? Yes, dogs can get sties. That is probably why he is acting out of sorts with his groom today. The owner needs to take him to the vet. In the mean time the owner needs to place warm washrag over the eye througout the day until he can get to the ve. Make sure his eye lashes are trimmed as well.

Do you think it was excess soap in his eye that caused the issue. ? His eye seemed fine before the bath !!

No I talked about what was going on with his eye during his haircut. I spoke with the dad and he stated it was like that before grooming. His eye started bothering him as soon as I wet his face with the water

I know how to cut men’s hair not women’s. Or I haven’t tried women’s hair

May be if you wash the soap off his face first then wash his eyes out with the cold water after he may not fight you so hard

you do a fab job on the dogs just started watching, and you are probably very busy, but a little more patience & mildness, with self - control would be nice to see, I'm not trying to be critical, I enjoy watching THX Galations 5:22,23

That poor dog had water running over his body for so long he could hardly stand up and then he had the heat blasting him so hard he could hardly stand up. He has the heat blowing in his ears with no protection and then straight in his face and eyes and you wonder why his eyes are watery.

I feel like you are always scolding the dogs. Even people move a little while they are getting a haircut. I thought Hamilton was extremely well behaved, didn’t see the need to keep scolding him.

I think Hamilton was well behaved as well, Hamilton didn’t get scolded unless he did something that could cause him harm. I’m a sarcastic person so I make light of grooming but sarcasm. I stayed that in a few videos. I’m never as “upset” as y’all keep thinking I am lol. I’m a really laid back funny person. Dogs don’t get me bent out of shape. They’re just dogs. People don’t even get me mad lol

Brittany, your grooms are usually excellent & this one is a nice one as well on the handsome Hamilton! Thorough regarding the products that you use [I heard it on wise authority that IGROOM products are wonderful for dogs] & your explanations for your techniques [squirting cold water into the eyes to remove product which might further irritate Hamilton's eyes as well as allowing you to discover that Stye & alert his parents!] You lovingly scolded him, which is not surprising since Shih Tzus can be quite stubborn at times [Although my Christa wasn't. 🥲🥲🥲] That face & body could not be cleaner, as you messaged that shampoo twice [3 times!] & you never skimp on products. So, Hamilton's coat is very clean, soft, moisturized & probably smells delightful with no cologne needed. You are the Champion of Dogs Legs & Feet!!! I love your routine there & Hamilton's looked sculptured as does every dog you do! I need to work my comments better so they aren't Essay length! Hamilton's after pictures were so adorable. He is a gorgeous Shih Tzu & you are a fantastic Dog Groomer! 😇Brittany😇 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Please forgive all typos & mistakes as I peck, not type!😊)
