The Bible says that the wages of sin is death, the blood of Jesus who is eternal life is our only atonement for sin. On that day when every man stands before God those who rejected Jesus the Lamb of God and did not receive the Holyghost (born again) will be going before God in their sins and God will send them to the lake of fire forever. "I feel for those who do not believe in Akhira". What a profound statement.

Shaykh Abdur Raheem Ashaheed was very soft and emotionally present to us younger students that were studying in the same madrasah. He would sneak snacks in for us and play basketball with us. All the other brothers were already graduated but he wasn’t at that time so he would relate the most to us. True representation of the quote he stood with, “Seeking knowledge from the cradle to the grave”.

This is the mufti from my madrasa. About a year ago Shaykh Abdul Rahim may Allah (swt) have mercy on his soul died in a car accident in the midst of getting medicine for his mother. At the time, he was a hifdh teacher in my madrasa so to hear his death was shocking. May Allah (swt) give him the highest rank in jannah

Saleema Karim, ya Allah sister. May Allah lighten your burden and give you peace and sabr to bare, and hikma to see beyond the suffering and know His (s) qadr. I come from a large family (I'm youngest and only muslim. 6 men, 2 women ), and I could not imagine what you've been thru. We've lost 1 brother and my father died when I was 1 year old. I truly feel great empathy for you. But know that any pain or suffering that a believer goes thru in the dunya will be expiation and reward in the akhirah. Great or small as it may be. Can you please make du'aat for me to get my mother and rest of my family to take their shahada before they pass. They are all so obstinate towards islam. Sorry to impose. I'll take any mu'min's du'aat also for that matter. BARAKALLAHU FEEKUM

@@shafaet1194 ,as salaamu alaykum my dear brother. Someone else had asked me before also. I wouldn't mind but it would be a little difficult writing it out on here I think. I can tell you quickly tho, that I was raised catholic and it was a joke to me. Even as a little boy. Then when I started hearing about Islam is when I learned that there were other people that, like myself, did not believe that Jesus (as) was not God. I went through phases where I did not want to share my deen with anybody, I wanted it all only for me. Lol. I felt like if I told anyone about it I was sure they would steal it from me. WALLAHI, that's how I love this deen. But then I would come to my senses and would tell everybody about it. I have always been fearless and Islam empowered me even more knowing I had finally found the truth. There's much more. INSHALLAH some other time we continue.

You can start a youtube channel sharing your story if you'd like, and if its difficult for you to individually tell people about your marvelous journey of Allah guiding you to Islam. May Allah reward him with Jannatul Firdous without reckoning Ameen Ya Rabb. Death is among the very few certainties of this dunya, and in its remembrance, we come to reflect on how we use our time. Death teaches us that amassing wealth and status is ultimately useless - our dollar bills will be of no use to us in the grave. Instead, we should focus on worshipping Allah and performing good deeds. These are the actions that will bring us enduring benefits that will last beyond the grave, and bring us success on the Day of Judgement. Every moment we have is a moment to better prepare for our deaths. Allah has given you this time, so don’t waste it. There are so many ways to draw closer to Allah, such as giving charity, seeking knowledge, fasting, educating, memorising the Quran, and so many more. The Quran warns us of the disbeliever who fails to use his time for serving Allah: When death comes to one of them, he says, ‘My Lord, send me back that I might do righteousness in that which I left behind’. No! It is only a word he is saying and behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected.” (Quran 23:99-100) Like the individual described in the above ayah, when we face the reality of death we desperately desire to prepare for the life that follows it in a way that is best. However, for the individual who used this world only to serve himself and rejected the guidance of Allah, it will be too late. Your efforts are sealed at the point of death, and these efforts will decide your position for the hereafter. " Rabbana afrigh Aalayna sabran watawaffana muslimeena Our Lord! pour out on us patience, and cause us to die as Muslims.” [Al-A’raf,7:126]

This was when he was graduating from there local boarding madrasa. So they had a jalsa/graduation so he was singing the poem there. After that he would overseas to complete his studies.
