I imagine being in late 80s Japan, looking for a house with my girlfriend/wife. The weather is nice, sunny, warm yet there is a slight breeze and we hear the birds singing and some kids playing in the distance. The neighborhood is all quiet, no cars around. We walked a couple of minutes from the train station. We enter the home we came to see which stands at the end of the street, with a beautiful panorama to the sea, and then this starts playing. Sublime & So Relaxing... I sure needed this today. Thanks for posting, Ian Alex!
very inspiring and inner
back to back Hiroshi Yoshimura albums, so i was feelin' pretty chilled, 'till i knocked my wine on the floor in the dark at 20:20 (lol), and smashed the glass all over the place.... music helped me deal with it tho', so i guess i'm an optimist.. peace world
Niiiiiiiice. Thanks for sharing. And thanks to youTube for bringing me here.
Only just discovered this. I love it! So simple & Zen... 😌
such beautiful music, thank you very much for sharing.
What a lovely album
blissfully good

The really great news is that Light In The Attic has started re-releasing Hiroshi’s albums!! Starting with Green in June 2020.

@@k-leb4671 they're probably referring to the mixing. the two terms are pretty commonly confused. its a beautifully spacious mix.

@@jt7322 concur; in a way Hiroshi's arrangements (spread of frequencies) sort of mix themselves, i suppose it's the opposite of phil spector's wall of (too much) sound, lol.. but the space is created by stereo panning
This is perfect.
Masterpiece
wonderful music to work ;)))))) Thanks!

would you consider Mr Yoshimura the Japanese Eno..?
@josephwright5921
2 жыл бұрын
@@doce7606 I would consider Hiroshi Yoshimura better than Eno. I find Eno to be a mostly depressing. H.Y. travels from ethereal to slightly syrupy sweet, but it is mostly very pleasant without become New Age schlock. I wish he was alive to see the renewed interest in his music and I wish someone would issue a box set of his complete works.

@@josephwright5921 KInd input thanks. I have grown to like his music very much too.. organic and reserved
There's a river next to my grandma's house. It's in the middle of nowhere. I remember every time I'd lean back I felt an enormous feeling of calm and peacefulness. However, this piece of music makes me feel exactly like me leaning back against the warm water of the river with sounds of the forest.
