It was the debut song of Hiroko Yakushimaru and the theme song of the movie of the same name in which she stars, "Sailor Suit and Machine Gun". It was released on November 21, 1981 by Kitty Records. There was also another name for the same song, "Still in the middle of a dream" (Yume no Tochu) sung by Takao Kisugi, the creator of the song.
