I used to be a student nurse in TTSH, and worked together with SN Mira and SSN Benjamin before, they are very nice people and willing to teach. Watching this makes me reminiscent of being in the ward, hectic schedules and dealing with difficult patients, seeing the patients smile and having patients thanking me for the hard work. I'm working as a school nurse now and I'm still so happy being in this field. Thank you for this episode, definitely think xenia should be hired!

Thank you for shedding some light on the inner workings of (a small part of) public healthcare with this video! It's really hard for a layperson to understand what actually goes behind the scenes when it comes to inpatient care. As a medical professional myself, it's hard sometimes to appreciate interdisciplinary difficulties, and it's often too easy to complain and lament the perceived poor service of others. But if we're given a chance to understand what's on the other side of the blinds, I think/hope it helps us appreciate our nursing staff more. Cheers!

Xenia reminds me of flustered me during my first clinicals 🙈 I couldn’t understand anything at all during the handover. Thank you for featuring nursing :D On the other hand, super glad to see Hired or Fired back again!

i think nurses might know as plenty as doctors do. at times you can see the nurse already know whats the order the doctor is going to give.

A bit pantang occupation but can HOF assign Xenia to become a funeral planner? Because at some point in our lives, we always wonder how do we go through our final rites in life and how such an occupation is rarely talked about and not many are willing to take up the job and it’s commonly associated with people who has lower education level. Nonetheless good to see Xenia back in HOF and a good episode! 💯🤙🏼

Very tough to do considering its pre hospital settings. Dont think patient willing to be documentated.

I'd definitely hire Xenia because the mistakes she does are all minor and have room to improve over time. TSL only showed a very small fraction of what we, nurses do but sharing it with the world means a lot to us. Thank you for doing this, Xenia. 😊

This series is amazing! I hope you can continue this series in the future. This series can give exposure to students who are interested in the career but do not know what to expect from the career. Good job Xenia!
