Hippies were rich kids with too much time in the beginning. Besides hippie culture is basically just a marketable thing now. Seems accurate to the early lore.

If you think that hippies listen to reggae, or that being a hippie means dressing like a fan of psychedelic rock bands and dancing with a goofy face, then this is not a matter of appropriation, but of posturing.

@@BoobooAndre It can be both. The two are not mutually exclusive. Kids do cringe worthy things. That's part and parcel with being a child. I know this, because I grew up in the 80's and there are definitely some photos of me as a kid that I'd rather not have reach the light of day. It's stupid to judge children for the mistakes of their youth and inexperience. Your inability to see past that, in my opinion, says a lot more about you than it does about them. But a bit of free advice. examine all the dumb shit you did as a child. Do you want any or all of those things following you for the rest of your life? How awful of a person are you that you feel the need to attack children?

It’s easy to manifest ‘abundance’ and ‘good vibes’ when you have a trust fund and have never been through anything difficult. Before someone says ‘rich people have trauma too,’ it’s unlikely to ever be on par with the trauma middle class and poor people experience, and they can pay for medical care and therapy asap and be fine, so wealthy ‘trauma’ doesn’t seem like trauma to most real world people. The upper tax bracket can totally use stick to yachts and country clubs. Subcultures are for outsiders, and not the people who made them outsiders.

  • @bmk256

i have to disagree with where you said rich people trauma is unlikely to ever be on par with the rest of us, i think it’s fair to say that it’s unlikely to be similar experiences but rich people can still be abusers, drug addicts, neglectful parents, cheated their way to the top, exploited others to get to the top, etc. when mental illness runs in families it doesn’t pick and choose how wealthy you are to present itself if your parents didn’t meet your needs as a child. poor people are more likely to experience trauma yes but it’s not true that it will never be on par with the rich.

You know what Fatherless behavior is? You being here and trashing on some kids that have done nothing wrong, Just posting a video having fun. I guess your father didn't teach you how to respect people regardless how different they are from you? Quite sad if so
