This friendship convo let's me know why Mal isn't married or in a relationship. Conflict happens, seems like he doesn't want to face conflict after he's been hurt. When you value the friendship you'll go through conflict and create those boundaries. I hope him and the lady at least have the conversation cause it's bothering him, he's scared to open up to her again cause she hurt him. Resolution is needed.

Yeah cause I have friends that I haven't spoken to in years that if I showed up with a dead body in the trunk Im pretty sure they'd help my bury it no questions asked but those same friends wouldn't loan me 5 dollars. And I have friends that are vice versa. If I showed up at their house with a dead body they'd try to convince me to turn myself in and threaten to do it if I didn't but would freaking pay half my rent if I asked them too and we talk everyday 🤷🏿‍♂️

This friendship conversation was really good ....I agree with Mal and D about the situation with Mal's friend and Sadly I'm starting to be like Rory too where I'm trying to figure out myself I'm finding peace and I'm actually just trying to heal which is hard when you are used to being there for everyone. I agree with Rory, when you’ve been friends with someone a long time, people start to feel safe enough to not always be their best. Often times that happens when you actually need them To be at their best. This is often a problem in friendships but forgiveness would definitely be the proper thing to do in this type of instance. Mal in a way has a point because if you know you can’t really forgive her, it’s not fair to invite her back in that space, but also it’s a sign of maturity to work through problems with people who are as valuable as you think or say they are. It is def a tough situation.
