Any real fan of no limit knows that P always gave credit to the BAY AREA, northern California, RICHMOND in particular. That's where he got the game from. E40 uncle St.Charles 80/20 independent distribution game. The bay BEEN doing it. Because we had no choice but to start our own. Get it out the mud or from the back of the trunk. Just have somebody to press your CDs or tapes then get a good marketing scheme. Master P, Too $hort and E40 are some of hip hops most underrated/discarded LEGENDS! All still relevant to this day.
