build concept: fourth vow + divine flesh to take care of defenses, defiance for mitigating shotguns. Hinekora explosions to deal massive ignites with DD. Self cast Punishment to refresh ignite duration on single target, self-cast molten shell for tanking large hits. Vaal breach to hopefully proc one large ignite on boss.
build weakness: DOTs and inconsistent single target damage

How do u use the Vaal Breach gem on b2b T17s? Coz on b2b "vaal breaches" are disabled. I couldn't use it.

Sounds like a bug because I have no issue using it. You need to fill up vaal soul charges first.
