Historical decision by SC : Hindu marriage will be considered valid only when all the Hindu rituals are performed in it. Vaidik Mantras by Pandit ji, Saat Phere in front of Fire etc should be performed in full public view. Court said that Hindu marriage isn't all about dance, DJ, drinking etc, it's a sacred thing. This is a very important decision, it will prevent wokeism in Hindu weddings.

Bahut chhoti soch hai aapki Agr insaan padha likha or dusro ke dharm ka ijjat janta hai to koi dikkat nhi BAHOT HINDU HI HINDU KE DUSHMAN BNE HAI; ......aur judgement bilkul shi hai😊

It is not affordable for everyone It is too expensive process . SC should repeal this act immediately. This law is against personal liberty . I also prefer love marriage bcoz I can't afford unnecessary expenditure of hindu marriage.

What a relief should be applied ex post facto and retroactively nullify lots of marriages.

The sad thing is that the rules which were made to protect women are being used in a wrong way these days. The women who actually need this, could not afford legal help, and women who could afford legal help misuse it.

hope someday supreme court makes laws equally for both the women and men and not just women favoured

But their try to Englosied Or Cristianised/ Islamised .............................. Hindu Rituals . According to Hindu married act 1954 the core ritual of marriage is sapt padhi. So many people are confused here with satfere and Mangal sutra...... Every Hindu's marriage rituals are different from each other only saptpadhi is common.... Chahe fere lga lo Mangal sutra pehna do ya sindur dan kr do sadi complete tbhi hogi jb saptpadhi ka ritual complete hoga

First of all Hindu marriage ceremonies vary from region to region , tribe to tribe and even by hindu philisophy practiced by the bride and groom's families

Very true and well said by the Indian Supreme Court in view of the current trend in Hindu marriages which are very simple bypassing our customary Hindu rituals to call it a Shadi.

Doing Halala and Muttah Nikkah is valid as per Supreme court.
