one important information you missed is "Lithium-Polymer" has shorter life span than "Lithium-Ion". This is the only con of lithium polymer battery, else it has all the advantages over lithium ion battery.

+Technical Guruji one more question,i have heard fully discharging the phone battery&then,charging it to full,makes battery capacity die.As a battery life cycle is around 300& everytime u do that,u complete one battery cycle.And i do it regularly from 7months as i have a habbit of using the phne till the battery dies & then charging it to full again.So,is it ok what i m doing yaa tension leni chaahiye?

A good thing about lithium ion is that it offers you a great firework when you puncture it. ;-)

Safety of a battery depends on the battery chemistry. Batteries using Lithium Iron Phosphate chemistry are the safest. Plus they live longer but have low energy density. The mainstream Lithium Nickel-Cobalt-Aluminum-Oxide chemistry is not so safe and can easily catch fire if mishandled. But their energy density is higher than the former.

Tech giant like tg made a 7 minute stupid video on difference between li-ion and li-po In reality li-po is used to save space as li-ion take much more space is only half truth for reason behind why mobile phone companies switched to li-po Neither of them is superior then other as all of these parameters like: capacity, temp tolerance, maximum discharge current, watt hour per kg of weight and nominal voltage All of the above parameters are depended on battery chemistry rather then battery size type Manufactures use li-po in almost all tech gadgets to save space nothing more But in my opinion almost lithium ion version of batteries are far more superior in almost all applications except small tech gadgets

Its awsm to see u man making videos on all such knowledge packed topics...i cant stop watching all ur videos like these .....other than unboxing nd after use product review these are most important topics ....far better than specs topic.😍😍

Sometimes there is written Li-ion polymer then what does that mean?

Vishwash Agarwal- Li-polymer never went out of labs. It was just an experiment which was not viable for being unusable at higher temperatures. Li polymer means polymer electrolyte, but what he is referring is Li-ion only with a polymer bag. It is just a fancy name for Li-ion. There are no Li-polymer batteries in the market, Li-polymer is a misnomer. Even guruji is unaware of this fact, reason being "Li-polymer" name used by companies to show off cool names, and it has became a trend to call normal "Li-ion battery with plastic bag" a Li-polymer battery , where infact its just a normal but flexible Li-ion battery. Thats why they write Li-ion polymer outside those packets.. Hope you understand.
