The papers are intentionally glued together just like most watercolor paper blocks so that they don’t wrinkle while you paint. It keeps the paper stretched specially when you are doing washes. You can wait for your artwork to dry up before separating it using a knife pen or palette knife, that way the finished work remains stretched. Hope this helps. Nice demo. Also good to see that the paper doesn’t easily wrinkle even when not stretched.
