Pure Fiction 2.0 just updated today with "Whimsicality" (Pure Fiction buff equivalent to Memory of Chaos Turbulence buff) buff this time favoring follow-up Attacks (mostly likely designed favoring Jing Yuan as it came out during his rerun banner) " When accumulated amount of dmg dealt by all allies follow up attacks reach 100% deal set amount of dmg to enemies. In stage 4 it is nearly 40k AOE dmg to all enemies on field.
And "Cacophony" (Sub-category buffs which can be chosen for each team) buffs are: 1) Character follow-up attack deal 50% more dmg and set amount of dmg to all enemies are dealt two time instead of 1. 2) Dmg Dealt from ULT is considered as follow-up attack. 3) When character hit enemy with follow-up attack all allies are Advance forward by 14%.
First Node:
Himeko & Herta combo still works really well similar to previous iteration of Pure Fiction as in this node most of enemies are weak against Fire & Ice and Pure Fiction buff does also favors follow up attacks which both of them does frequently. In this run, choose 1) Cacophony buff (Character follow-up attack deal 50% more dmg and set amount of dmg to all enemies are dealt two time instead of 1) I also did test run with 2) Cacophony buff but, 1) yield better result. Ruan Mei is best support in this case mainly due to her Break efficiency increase buff which makes both Himeko & Herta break enemy faster resulting in Himeko doing more frequent follow up attack.
Second Node:
I didn't expect Argenti to be this strong with Sparkle even against non - physical weak enemies he manage to Perfect Clear this node (Most of my builds in this team is at F2P level except for my Tingyun who use Dance Dance Dance LC) . With Sparkle as SP dispenser supports (Tingyun & Huohuo) can spam more skill to regen more energy resulting in more ULT uptime for Argenti.
In this run, I choose 2) Cacophony buff (Dmg Dealt from ULT is considered as follow-up attack) as Argenti doesn't perform follow up attack which this buff makes him synergies best with Pure Fiction Main buff for this iteration.
