Hi Guys,
This video is on my riding experience of HIMALAYAN 450 in city and on highway. I have tried to capture how Himalayan 450 handles city traffic condition and How it performs on highway.
I liked following in Himalayan during my city ride:
- Quick acceleration to overtake in case of a need
- Quick lane change
- Good brakes
- Comfortable seat
- Spot on ergonomics
I wish horn was dual horn with more decibels
I liked following in Himalayan 450 during my highway run:
- Smooth ride by wire accelerator
- Engine stays calm at higher rpm
- Good stability at high speed (Weight helps)
I wish it had better wind protection.
Overall Himalayan 450 offers great ride in city and on highway and becomes the most value for money bike at this point in time.

I drove a bike after 20 years, i test drove meteor and also 650 interceptor but they felt very heavy like i dont have control over the bike after a certain speed but this himalayan is pure punch machine with raw power. I felt like i had full control over it on high n low speeds. Test drove with pillion as well but felt the same power. RE has created a power pack in a single cylinder. Worst cx service at RE kharkhana so went to RE neredmet and booked the bike just waiting for their call for delivery

Himalayan 450 is a good bike but what is the tiger doing?
Can you please share the GoPro settings? I see there is less flickering of the instrument cluster.

Hi Anurag, it’s 24fps, ISO and shutter speed is on auto.

As pure machine Himalayan is better but I will wait for tubeless spoke to come. So overall my pick is Himalayan with tubeless spoke. It is based on max touring, occasional trail ride and 25% city .

Hi bro, vibrations irritating bilkul bhi nahi he. 120kmph Tak koi problem nahi he after that little bit in right accelerator and right foot peg. Overall smooth experience.
