Garam pani se rajma pak to jayenge but bhigone se jo usme antinutrients khatam hote hai gas nahi hoti wo sab cheeze nahi hoti jo overnight soak karne ke fayde hain

Is this recipe supposed to be without onion and garlic ?? ... the punjab variant uses onion garlic over a tamato base . Fo some reason I thought this runs with the yoghurt base , but did use onion and garlic. Was it not supposed to ??
