Nice enough room. Usual extortionate prices in the dining room. Pity they can't back it up with quality food. Poor service didn't help the situation either. Simply not good enough. We don't mind paying top dollar (or pound) if we get value for money & quality. Looking forward to better experiences on your travels. Bon Voyage !

Hi Tracy, Colin and George. Well the room was fine, it seemed well appointed and clean, shower poor and small though. The place looked clean, the menu was interesting but the food didn't look great and the service was poor. 🤨 It has been noted that Colin is choosing veggie meals recently. 😋 🤔 😂 The food din't look value for money. We hope you slept well. 😴🛌😴 🤓🐶🧔

That looked a bit disappointing guys, couldn't you book in the other hotel again & get the shuttle round ? How come you have to go to London to get to Czech Republic ? The dinner was disappointing again - I would've gone into London & come back to the hotel in the evening

Well we didn’t know it was gunna be that bad Helen … the Hilton Terminal 5 was just as expensive but the service was amazing We go to Heathrow because we earn big points on our American Express card .. enough to get us another companion voucher By the time we’d been to Gloucester and then drove to Heathrow it was 6pm … no time to go into London then !!

@@TracyandColinTheFoodies You should go on the train, you'd get in around 10am & you just have to get the shuttle to Heathrow ... I'd have stayed outside & got the train in 6pm in London is early, I've never stayed after 8pm since I lived there

The train is unreliable …. Plus we wanted to go to Gloucester … 6pm is early but we had a 6am flight … so we needed some rest …🤔🤔

How do you get to the terminal from there? Is there a bus? You three look so menacing walking down the corridor 😂😂😂 Too bad your experience there was subpar. Oh well; there are other options for next time!

There is a bus but we paid for the car park inside terminal 3 .. took us about 5 minutes to drive in and park ❤️❤️

I. Noticed Virgin Mary cocktail on menue need a bottle 😢of that using my name wasn’t good food or service so sorry. But as you say near airport so there charge is very high. Anyway enjoy your holiday and see you soon ❤❤❤
