Hilton Cancun is an All Inclusive Resort in Cancun, Mexico. International Airport in Cancun is approximately 35 minutes away. Taxis, private shuttles, and transportation offered from vacation packages are all options for getting from the airport to the resort. Hilton Cancun, which opened in November 2021, is the ideal relaxing sanctuary while still being a fully immersive resort with dynamic entertainment pools, premium spirits, and kids/teens programs. This lovely beachfront facility has breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and is well-known for its superb amenities and world-class service. Guests can also enjoy modern and stylish lodgings, many restaurants and bars, a full-service spa, a fitness centre, and a variety of water sports. Whether you're searching for a calm Mexican holiday or an active break, the Hilton Cancun will provide an unforgettable experience.
IN CONCLUSION, we had an excellent time at the Hilton Cancun Resort, from the amazing views to the helpful personnel and infinite services. The resort is nestled in a beautiful sanctuary in front of a small beach shore with white sand but lots of seaweed, so swimming was not ideal. The resort's staff was professional, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived and checked in until we checked out. The drinks were of high quality, and the mixed cocktail menu was extensive. The restaurant's cuisine was wonderful; however, the buffet had a restricted selection. We would definitely expand the buffet and add more options of food. We preferred the Asian and Italian restaurants for dinner, although all of them had delicious food and were well-designed. The kid’s club was friendly and well-equipped for a kids holiday 😊. We would recommend this resort to people who enjoy spending their vacation in the magnificent pools right on the beach.

Reception - 5/5 Stars (Both the check-in and check-out processes were completed in a timely and professional manner. Upon our arrival, our junior suite was already prepared and ready for check-in.)
Service - 5/5 Stars (During the course of our visit, the staff were both professional and helpful.)
Buffet - 4/5 Stars (Good service and tasty food but limited options.)
Restaurants - 5/5 Stars (Amazing restaurants that offer a variety of dining options. The Italian and Asian restaurants were our favourites. Book your restaurants as soon as you arrive, with guest service located near to the reception.)
Rooms -5/5 Stars (New, clean, well-designed suites with daily fridge refill of water, juice, soft drinks, beer, snacks, and almonds. Excellent room service at no additional cost; the food was fresh and tasty!)
Sleep Quality - 5/5 Stars (The king-sized mattress in the junior suite with a sea view was both comfy and spacious.)
Cleanliness - 5/5 Stars (The workers continuously maintained and organized the surrounding areas and facilities.)
Internet - 5/5 Stars (The internet worked properly everywhere.)

We just returned from this resort. Although the place is modern and well-maintained, it is understaffed. The wait time for the bell boy was 30 minutes, and I don't blame them because they were doing a nice job but couldn't keep up with the pace. The food at the restaurants was wonderful, and the environment was tranquil. The buffet was unimpressive, and we were surprised that such a large resort had so few food items available! The pools were fantastic, and we spent most of our time in the adults part. If the price is reasonable, I would recommend. Nice video!

We stayed here last year and it's an excellent hotel for families with children. Wonderful pools and kids' water park. The proximity to the airport was convenient. The beach had some seaweed but was great for long walks. The shows at night were fantastic. The food was delicious but a bit chaotic. Excellent video, with lots of information..

Overall, we thought the hotel was really good. Our accommodation was quite beautiful, and we loved the coastal views. Food was not always the best, and there were just a few options. Make sure you book your restaurants as soon as you arrive. A nice pool area with access to the beach. Outstanding video!

Beautiful resort with good quality drinks and plenty of food throughout the day. The main downside is the buffet, which has limited options and overcrowded layout; I think they should alter the food stations and add more food. Nice video.

Yes, the beach is not the nicest here, but the resort is really appealing and modern, with plenty of restaurants, gorgeous pools, and an upbeat attitude from the hardworking employees. Great video!

I like the resort's layout, especially how near the pools are to the beach. Thank you for the drone film, which shows everything and all the amnesties. The patio at the beach is great.

We stayed here end of September and although its a small resort we had such a great time!!! All we wanted was a relaxing trip laying by the pool and eating/drinking, and that's what we got. My first trip to Mexico and at an all inclusive so it set the bar high. If you go, PLEASE try the food stands by the adult pool, the burger is the best burger I've had in my life, I tipped that man $10 at the end of my trip hahah

We really enjoyed a fantastic holiday here. The hotel was reasonably priced and provided excellent service and well-maintained amenities. We enjoyed the pool in the adults-only area as well as the Italian restaurant. Highly recommended for a brief getaway! Good, detailed video!

We didn't have much of the seaweed when we were there. They can keep the seaweed out, but not all.
