thanks! we stayed on site the entire time. it’s pretty isolated from everything else when we went. the water didn’t look safe for our kiddos to jump in, so we just had them play in the splash pad area.

Great video! My kids are around the same age as yours and we are heading there next week. I was wondering if the life jackets they wore in the pool were provided by the hotel or did you bring them?

thanks! when we went there early last year there weren’t any so we brought our own.

we are going in a week, was the pool warm/ heated and did you get any cuts form the pool tiles? how was the food/ service?

The main pool was not heated, but there were several hot tubs nearby that were heated.The food/ service was overall very good and we enjoyed our stay a lot.

we didn’t need to use any when we went. but i’m sure they have them available.

Hi! Do they provide shuttle bus to the airport? Is it included or need to pay for it? Thanks

hi! at the time we went they didn’t. we always use happy shuttle when we’re in cancun. it was $85 usd for a private round trip shuttle.

when we went it wasn’t pretty to look at or walk on, but i’ve heard now from some of my friends that it’s much better.

when we went in january last year, the water was rough for the kids to play in and the beaches had a lot of seaweed.
